With it being around 105 degrees every day, I figured I'd be waiting days to get somebody out. Not the case at all. Dave showed up, quickly figured out the problem, and got my AC back up and running. What I really appreciated was there was absolutely no upselling or pressure. He was straightforward with me and said my system is getting toward the end of its life, but this repair should hopefully get me another year or two, and I should just start thinking about replacement down the road. Great service, great pricing, and just an all-around good experience. I can't say enough about Stay Cool. I would absolutely recommend them.

The time, professionalism, efficiency, and quailty of work was exceptional!! David and his crew were great came at time promised, they were friendly, courteous, honest, reliable and completed the entire job in one day and cleaned up as if they were never there! Replacing an entire A/C is not cheap but the financing they offer helped me get the entire unit replaced.

Troy, thank you for answering the phone, talking to me as an equal (so obnoxious when companies…read morespeak down to women thinking they don't know anything), knowing your products and services so well and giving honest answers when you weren't sure of something (this is totally acceptable in my book). QUIET COOL has changed our life. We opted for the cheaper unit and Troy was right we absolutely use our quiet cool on high basically almost always. I love that our quiet cool has so many timer settings up to 12 hours or infinitely. Our house is significantly cooler now that they fixed our attic Fan rewiring it for an additional $80. While I didn't hunt around for cheaper prices, I knew I was getting a very fair and reasonable price. Also I was ok paying 1780 more or less knowing that I was working with actual professionals who focus on hvac and quiet cools only. The two service men who installed our quiet cool, omg I forget both of their names, they were so professional and seamless. They made sure to protect our hardwood floors with drop cloths, they vacuumed up when cleaning, wore shoe protectors, masks, I think they went above and beyond to be respectful and to elevate the experience for everyone. The whole process took about two and a half hours to install. They showed up right on time. I love that there's no window of time they're going to show, but rather a set scheduled time, in example 7:30am sharp. Honestly that's how it should be. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is seeking hvac or cool air help. To all reading this review, please be kind and cautious of peoples health- Southern California gets dangerously hot and the temperatures in the attic are in fact drastically hotter than the house and outdoor temperatures, you have to have realistic expectations of what can and cannot be done based on the temperatures outside. Also always a good idea to offer cold beverages to anyone servicing your house, common sense and common decency people. Sad I even have to mention this, but people often times see people not wanting to endanger their lives from high temperatures as lazy, when in fact it's a BASIC safety precaution not to mention a huge liability on your hands if anything happens to them in your house, so if you're not kind enough then at least think about your wallet and a potential legal nightmare. You can prevent dramatic hvac problems just by servicing your hvac and keeping it clean- which they provide! Enjoy you're welcome.

I cannot recommend Just Rite Air enough…read more Our air conditioner went out right in the middle of a heat wave, and they truly went above and beyond for us. They even offered to come out that same night and stay late after an already long day. We had a standalone AC unit for the bedroom, so I told them we were fine waiting until the next day. Of course, in perfect Southern California fashion, right around our scheduled appointment the power went out in our entire neighborhood for 2-3 hours. I told them I completely understood if we needed to reschedule. Instead, they worked us around their other appointments and still came out later that day. Mike was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, HONEST. We were in a heat wave with a broken AC and could have easily been told we needed a very expensive repair. Instead, they found the actual problem, fixed it perfectly very affordable and honestly. We had given them the make and model ahead of time and explained that our unit was a little more difficult to work with. Mike came prepared, explained everything before doing the work, showed us what he was doing, and fixed it correctly the first time. This is exactly why I chose Just Rite Air. They're a local company with years of experience and a great reputation, and now I understand why. If you want an experienced, responsive, local company that is actually honest with you, I highly recommend Just Rite Air. They absolutely earned this five-star review from us.
