The technician said he might charge more because he put in quality work in replacing the rollers for my clothes dryer. He got the job done pretty quickly. Unfortunately I did want him to replace the drum belt at the same time. However when I asked him whether the belt was replaced, he had already put the drum back. I should have insisted on that earlier. read more

I am so glad that I contacted Real Tech for repair on my LG washer! First impression, response time was extremely fast. After 5 minutes of contacting Niko, I was already set up with an appointment within the next couple hours! Niko is very knowledgeable and explained in detail of all of the work that would be performed before he started. After the diagnostic, it turned out that my pump had failed. In my mind, I was thinking he would have to come back later on in the day or maybe even the next day but he already had that specific part in hand and ready to work. Took him about 20 minutes to complete then called me over to run the test cycle together. As he thoroughly ran through each mode, he also gave me a lot of pointers of things to look out for if I ever run into any issues later on down the road. He was also kind enough to leave his sticker on the machine with their company name and number for troubleshooting, including any of our appliances if necessary. Niko and Real Tech will definitely be on my speed dial if and when I ever need repairs! I would give them 20 stars if I could!! Thank you so much Niko! read more

The worst thing you want to wake up to is one of your major appliances not operating properly. Unfortunately, this happened with my fridge where I had water pooling near the bottom. Dryer Repair: Going to give 5 stars as the job was scheduled and completed all in the same day. The technician was professional, courteous and cleaned up after the job. The only negative would be a slight language barrier due to English being a secondary language. The repair was cheaper than buying a new dryer. Dryer is now like new. read more
