Dryer Repair: Going to give 5 stars as the job was scheduled and completed all in the same day. The technician was professional, courteous and cleaned up after the job. The only negative would be a slight language barrier due to English being a secondary language. The repair was cheaper than buying a new dryer. Dryer is now like new. read more

Niko is a true, knowledgeable professional. My fridge went out on Labor Day weekend when finding a repair person was proving impossible. All my food was going to go bad and Niko was the only one who said he would help me. He came within 45 min, diagnosed the problem, had the part, and fixed it on the spot. I Googled how much he was charging and he was more than fair. Way more than fair. He has excellent ratings for a reason. Thank you, Niko! read more

It was super simple to make our online reservation. Location was easy to find. Directions were clear, with time for questions. We did the road vehicle where one person drives and the other sit behind them. Took the self-driving tour to Catalina. It was great! read more

Niko is amazing! He walked me through his test process to identify the problem with my washer and then clearly explained what caused the problem. Then he quickly and efficiently fixed it and also did some routine maintenance to make it run even better. He was polite, tidy, and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend! read more

Amazing customer service! Niko fixed my dryer a few months ago, and when it stopped working, I called him back. He responded right away and came out the very next day. Turns out, the issue wasn't with the dryer or his work--it was an electrical problem. Despite that, Niko was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. Hands down, the best communication and customer service. Highly recommend! read more

Our built in oven had two fault codes that prevented us from using it. Alex came to our house and pulled out the oven from the built-in. He did a series of diagnostics and determined it was likely a faulty door sensor. Niko gave me a couple of options for repair and Alex was able to do the less expensive of the two options and fix the two fault codes within about an hour. I was impressed by Niko's responsiveness and Alex's quiet competence and professionalism. I am pretty handy but really appreciate good craftsmen like Alex. In addition to fixing the fault codes, Alex fixed the oven door handle without even being asked! read more

My washing machine is new again. Did a fantastic job, left the worksite super clean. Did a great job explaining what he was doing and why.

Quick service, great prices, honest and reliable. Needed someone to take a look at our fridge on Easter Sunday of all days. Niko answered our Yelp request quickly and arrived during the agreed upon window. Turned out to be a bad control board. He advised he could replace it for X amount but due to the unit's age (8 years old), recommended we put that towards a new fridge instead since manufacturers don't make em like they used to. We liked Niko so much we also asked him to take a look at the mini fridge in our outdoor bbq area. Turned out the relay overheated some time ago. Sucks to find out we need to replace both units, but Niko gave us a great deal on the visit and we're very happy to have found Niko and Real Tech. Would highly recommend for all your appliance repair needs! read more

Highly recommend. Showed up when they were scheduled. Let us know what was wrong with our washer and didn't try to sell us parts or repairs that we didn't need. English was limited but came prepared with a translator app to keep the communication clear. Very polite and knowledgeable read more

I found Real Tech on Yelp! They were super responsive. They came to my house on a Friday to diagnose my washer. Viktor was able to quickly identify the issue. Very impressed with these guys. I called and I was scheduled an appointment with Serg for the following day. Nico the owner called me back right away and told me "instead of tomorrow they could come now". Serg was here within the hour of me calling and told me I needed my control panel replaced on my washer machine. He then said he could "try" and fix by removing and cleaning and putting back together . It worked for one wash and broke again. I called immediately and let them know . Nico's honest opinion was "it's not worth it to fix "and he would refund all of our money excluding the diagnosis fee. I will definitely be using these guys again and will definitely be passing their information around. GOOD HONEST WORKERS DO EXIST!!!!! THANK YOU BOTH for your time and honest work. 100 stars if I could read more

Niko has came to my house twice to fix both my washer and dryer and exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate that he communicates over text. He responds super fast and immediately has a solution to the problem. The only downfall is that he doesn't accept credit cards but he does accept cash, Venmo and zelle. Niko, thanks again for coming out!! read more

From start to finish I experienced remarkable service. They were always very prompt about responding via text+Yelp. They were able to service my dryer next day (thank you SO much). Cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend :) Thank you Niko and Alex! read more

Amazing guys and amazing service! On Saturday evening, my air conditioner broke down. I contacted these guys on Sunday at 9 AM, and they responded within 30 seconds, offering several options to come out and try to fix my AC the same day. Amazing, right? I didn't expect to find anyone on a Sunday who could come and try to revive my air conditioner. My technician was Vlad. Vlad even managed to arrive earlier than the scheduled time. My air conditioner is almost 20 years old, and Vlad could have easily sold me a full replacement. But these guys are honest and fair. Vlad diagnosed the problem, replaced a small part, and fixed a few other minor issues, and lo and behold, the AC started working again. He performed all the necessary tests and said that despite its age, my air conditioner is in great condition and will last a while longer. They charged me a very reasonable fee. Thank you so much, guys--I highly recommend you to everyone! read more

This is the second time I've used Real Tech for appliance repairs. The ice maker on my Bosch refrigerator stopped working. Niko found the problem to be a piece had broken off. He thought he could take the ice maker with him and fix it with epoxy and if it didn't work we could look into replacing the unit. He brought it back the next day and it worked! A month and a half later and it's still working perfectly. I highly recommend Niko and Real Tech. read more

Called for a diagnostic on my whirlpool washer. Vlad came and tested and said my drain pump is bad. So I told him I would just pay for the diagnostic fee $75. I asked for a receipt, Vlad told me I have to call Niko to get it. So I had to call Niko to give me a pdf invoice over text message couple hours later after Vlad already took my cash and left. I ordered a factory oem drain pump. Installed it and 2 weeks later my washer is still have the same error code with not draining. I called Niko and told home Vlad missed diagnosed my problem and the drain pump did not fix my problem. I asked what's my next step to do. Niko said that he would not want to come diagnose my problem. So, I Called Zajic and they came out and did a diagnostic and explained to me my problem and they offer 30 day warranty on their Diagnostic. If you want to waste your time and get a cheap price use Real Tech, you get what you pay for. If you want your repair done right, look for another company. Also kinda of difficult to talk to Niko, his accent is thick. read more

I was having some issues with my dishwasher. Dishes weren't washing properly and the water was starting to pool inside the unit. Found Niko, Real Tech on Yelp! He showed up early, was very polite and professional and diagnosed the issue immediately. The issue was a clogged pump, he got to work quickly and had my dishwashing unit running in under 10 minutes. He even did a quick check under the kitchen sink and located a lose hose connection which would have leaked water had it gone unnoticed. He went above and beyond! I would highly recommend Niko for anyone having appliance issues! Thanks Niko! read more

My LG french-door refrigerator's freezer was not getting cold enough and after looking up the issue online, noticed that this was a common problem with my model's compressor. I reached out to Nick on Thursday morning and was lucky enough to be able to have him drop by only a few hours later. Nick arrived on time and immediately ran a diagnostic check on the fridge. After confirming his findings, he thoroughly explained the issue while demonstrating how he would be fixing the problem. Next, we discussed the extremely reasonable pricing for the fix and he moved forward with replacing the compressor. He was extremely professional and tidied up before lastly, double-checking the temperature to ensure that he could stand by his work. My family and I are extremely grateful for his help and now we know who to call when we have any major appliance issues. Nick's professionalism, honesty and work ethic are unparalleled and we recommend contacting him ASAP if you have any issues. read more

Niko is the best. He is honest, affordable, and timely. If you are looking for a repairman, stop looking now and call Real Tech. It was fixed in less than an hour. UPDATE: Niko helped me again! My repaired dry worked so well that the heat got trapped in the chimney and the thermal fuse blew because the internal temperature of the dryer got too hot. Niko came over and fixed the fuse even though it wasn't an issue caused by his work he helped me out and now my dryer is working again and I'm getting my chimney cleaned this weekend. My family and I recently had some fridge troubles again since Niko had last visited us. After my dad gave him a call, Niko came running! He came by much sooner than his estimated time of arrival and went straight to business. He evaluated our fridge again, giving me detailed explanations along the way. The fridge problems we had this time were unrelated to our previous and Niko gave us his professional opinion for our next steps forward.
