Real Tech - Appliances & Repair Near Me - Elk Grove, California

Service requested late evening for a dryer issue. Came out the following day and fixed it in one hour. Very efficient. Alex was great!

My dryer is not drying my clothes! From the start, I was impressed with how prompt Nico (my technician) was. He immediately began to disassemble my dryer and quickly identified the issue. Nico appeared to be very knowledgeable and experienced with regard to appliance repair, and he had no problem with answering my questions while I watched him work. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to see that he evaluated the overall condition of my dryer--he identified some problem areas and fixed them without an additional charge. It was my pleasure to do business with Real Tech... Nico, thank you for doing excellent work! Great and timely service! My Samsung washing machine was leaking water and he not only fixed the problem, but he also gave it a thorough inspection to make sure all systems were operating properly which uncovered a loose wire in another area of the machine that he was able to quickly reconnect. I highly recommend Real Tech for your appliance repair needs. read more

We had an AE reading on our LG dishwasher that indicated a leak. In absolute panic, had no idea who to call. Found Real Tech by their stellar reviews. They answered the phone at 7pm , dispatched a tech the next day. I appreciated the quick response. The tech thoroughly checked all components, and although found no concrete cause aside from a possible loose connection. The tech was very polite and detailed on his inspection. The only uncertainty was the transparency on the initial diagnostic fee plus the final fee that was not specified in advance but they made it right and priced fairly. I will definitely use their services again read more

I've had Nico & Alex out 3x now. The latest time was for my refrigerator. The control panel wasn't working and I didn't have water and ice. Alex worked diligently to identify the problem, ordered the part and came back a week later to install it. The freezer fan also wasn't working properly so he replaced that as well. What I really appreciated was they didn't try to just say I needed a new ice maker! That is integrity! Thank you both! read more

Knowledgeable reliable and honored their word on price for repair. Tested machine multiple times to ensure it was in working order.

Niko was extremely helpful and provided great suggestions to my issues with the fridge. I will definitely be using their service again if I ever need assistance. It was resolved on the first visit! read more

This is the only appliance repair company I will ever use again in the future! Niko and Alex were amazing!! I hired them to both fix my washer and install a new dishwasher. Very honest, up-front, and informative diagnostic of my washer by Niko. He recognized that the cost to repair would be more than a new washer would cost and offered to be a resource in case I had questions in the future. Highly recommend! read more

Niko has so much integrity. After contacting Niko he tried to help me over the phone to fix a potential small issue that I could do on my own to save me money. I opted to make an appointment with Niko to have a full tune up for my LG dryer. Nico was clear about pricing, and most importantly it was affordable. He came the next day and also educated me on what to look out for or the signs of repair. He worked cleanly. I will definitely use Niko's services in the future for any appliance repair that I have. Niko and Alex are terrific. My washer broke and they ran a diagnostic within a couple of hours of my call. They were honest in their assessment and told me how much it would cost to replace the control board (could not find a replacement with the same serial number) and that I should consider buying a new replacement. I was impressed by their honesty and reasons for their expert opinion. I would definitely use them again. Paula Y. read more

I contacted Niko at 730 to repair a drain pump in my washing machine. Niko scheduled the repair for the next day. He arrived on time, explained the repair, and completed the repair along with general maintenance within an hour and a half. I was unable to watch him during the repair so he debriefed me after with photos of all of the maintenance. His communication is excellent. I can't speak to the competitiveness of the price for the service, however based on the service which was completed less than 18 hours after inquiry, the cost felt well worth it. read more
