Nick was able to schedule our appointment immediately, with a frantic wife, he came over the next day, quickly diagnosed the problem with our LG Refrigerator/Freezer, gave us a very competitive price to fix the compressor, quoted 2-2.5 hours to complete the job, was done in 1.5 hours. Fridge is currently continuing to get down to normal desired temperatures. Very professional, very communicative through texts and phone calls, his schedule freed up in the middle of the day, he was available to come earlier, but I wasn't! Sorry Nick! I will continue to re-use small independent businesses all day! Nick was a great find, I will call him first every time that I need him in the future! read more

My Samsung refrigerator was making a loud noise and Nick was awesome. YES the reviews are true. He worked around my schedule. He was professional, prompt, courteous but most of all he answered all my questions, and I had a lot of them. He made me/us feel comfortable with what he was going to do. He shared some of his knowledge and gave us tips. My husband and I were working from home and in meetings, you would not have known he was working. He kept the noise to a minimum. I would recommend him to anyone that has refrigerator issues. THANK YOU NICK!!!!!!!!! read more

Called about our dryer that wasn't heating up anymore had it all fixed in less than one hour from the time we called

Agree with all the other glowing reviews here. Nick was very responsive and forthright. He was able to schedule an appointment on short notice prior to holidays and communicated every step up to his arrival. He was prompt, courteous, and respectful of our home. His rates are fair - we had new microwaves installed in two neighboring properties. He is very knowledgeable and has high work quality. He even noticed some issues with the original installations and corrected them. Highly recommend, and will be our go-to for all our appliance needs. Thanks again Nick! read more

I would highly recommend Real Tech. They did an excellent job repairing my refrigerator at a very fair price.

Nick was fantastic! Our washing machine had been leaking water for months, and the lint screen in our dryer wasn't sitting properly, so clothes kept getting caught and tangled up in the corner of the screen. I messaged Nick on a Saturday, he responded immediately, and came out a couple hours later! He was very thorough, and explained the problems, one of which was a broken pump in the washer. He happened to have a new/replacement pump in his car! So, he fixed all the problems, SAME DAY, and on a Saturday at that! And, he was super nice, and professional. I/we (husband and I) fully recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair! If we are ever in need of appliance repair in the future, we will definitely call Nick! read more

Broken washer and my longtime repairman had left California. Called Niko at noon on a Sunday. He responded within minutes and arrived within a half hour. Opened up the washer, discovered (and showed me) the problem, gave me my options. He had the necessary part. He installed it, explained a couple of changes/suggestions, and ran the testing so I could see it. He was done before 2 pm. On a Sunday. Prompt, friendly, efficient. I think I've found my new repairman. read more

Nick was great!! Needed my old washer/dryer removed and new one installed. Due to my dryer being gas I wanted a professional to handle it. Nick was extremely responsive (even answered my messages late into the evening) and came out the next morning to set everything up. He was very efficient and took the time to make some extra safety precautions to prevent any potential mishaps in case the hoses and gas valve gets bumped. This was my first time using him but I have his information saved in case I need him in the future. Highly recommend read more

We called Nick in the morning regarding our ailing dishwasher, and he was at our door just a couple hours later. He diagnosed our issue--a failed pump--and replaced the pump and also installed a new airgap quickly, professionally, courteously, and at a fair price. A pleasure to do business with, and we'll be calling him, or recommending him, whenever needs arise in future. Thanks, Nick, for your good service and friendliness! read more

Nick was very professional and fixed our microwave for a reasonable fee. I highly recommend him, I'll use him again for sure.

I waited several months to repair my dishwasher, dreading the process of finding a company or individual with good, reliable work at a reasonable price. Then quite accidentally I came across Nikolay whose every rating is five stars with very favorable comments. Reading further, his website featured several photos of some nice doggies, so obviously a dog lover also. So I called Nikolay and he was able to come out in 1 business day. He was able to quickly troubleshoot and diagnose the problem, replacing one of the pumps. And now my 18-year-old dishwasher is back in working condition. In addition to being skilled in his area of expertise, he is also very courteous and respectful. So glad to have found him. I am adding to his five star reviews! read more

Nick kept in touch regarding the appointment, was prompt, and was very easy to deal with. He had extra parts needed for the job (a cooktop replacement), so he did have to make a hardware store run. The job was well done and for a reasonable price. read more

Reached out Friday for service on both my leaking washer and microwave door not closing. Nik was available within the hour and was able to repair both jobs in an hour. Even had the needed part for the washing machine handy. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Nik. read more

I asked Nick, from Real Tech, to do a second (different appliance) repair for me since I was so satisfied with his first visit to my house. My 19 year old Jenn Air range gas cooktop was no longer working properly--one burner didn't ignite at all and 2 others sputtered. Nick took it apart, cleaned rust out and got it working again in about 15 minutes. For $100, he anticipates my range, which I really like, will function for another 4-5 years. In addition, Nick is a really nice person, and no older ladies need have any concerns about having him come to their homes. Well done, Nick! read more

Nick is fantastic! He kept us notified of his planned arrival, was on time, and he had my dishwasher diagnosed, repaired, and running again within 15 minutes. Will definitely be my first call for any future appliance repair needs. read more

Igniter on our gas dryer failed Friday evening. Contacted Real Tech at 8:30am on Saturday and received a reply less than a minute later, saying he could help us the same morning. Nikolay texted about 20 minutes ahead arriving and was actually slightly early for our 12-2pm appointment window. Got us up and running in no time. read more

Wow, I requested a quote late in the day and Nick responded within minutes. Then the very next day he was out to my place and helped me set up my dryer after my move. He went through the extra effort to make sure all the lines and pipe were secure. Nick was very responsive and helped me with my decision regarding a new over the range microwave install. As it turns out, I am planning on getting some estimates for running a vent line for the new microwave so I couldn't use his services at this time but definitely would consider him for future jobs. read more

I appreciated Niks knowledge and courtesy. He was very professional, friendly, helpful. I will definitely continue to use his services.

I waited a week to post a review to make sure the repair was solid. It is. The top rack of our not too old and not so cheap dishwasher fell apart for unknown reasons. I expected an ugly prognosis with weeks of waiting for parts. Nick fixed it in about an hour using some awesome engineering skills. For a reasonable price. Thank you! read more

Called the owner, Nick, early this morning for an appliance repair. He answered the phone (no recordings) and gave a time frame to arrive on the same day. He gave me an ETA and arrived exactly on time. He was professional, competent, polite, and clean. He was also reasonable. I would recommend this business to anyone and will keep his business information close by in case I need assistance again. Thanks, Nick! Most appreciated! read more

Found this business on Yelp and because of the good reviews, I went ahead and called Nick today to inquire if he can come by to take a look at our microwave since it stopped heating up food. He was able to make time and diagnosed a potential problem. He is very knowledgeable and very honest about his work. Before he left, he fixed one of the burners on our stove and did not ask for any additional fee. I would highly recommend Real Tech for any appliance repair! Friday afternoon refrigerator stops working. Heat wave plus full fridge, not a good combination when the refrigerator decides to stop working. I called my short list of companies that I have used in the past. No luck. But I did get lucky because after doing a search, I found Nick who was available. He came within the hour, dealing with rush hour traffic. He was very communicative in explaining everything he was doing as he diagnosed the issue. Fixed quickly and his rate is extremely fair. A fair and honest repair, that's a big win in my book! Don't hesitate to use Nick for any appliance issues! He's someone I will keep at the top of my list now. read more

Nicolay came to fix my dryer last week. He was very responsive and showed up on time. He was very professional and explained to me what was going on with my dryer. The pricing was reasonable for the work that he completed. After seeing the work that he did for my dryer I decided to fix my dishwasher and refrigerator. He fixed my dishwasher at a reasonable price. In regards to my refrigerator Nicolay said he could fix it for me but he explained the steps that I can do to fix myself because it was not complicated. I appreciated his honesty. I would definitely call Nicolay back again to fix my appliances. read more

Nick replied to my request so quickly and was able to come less than 24 hours. He is a very polite, reliable gentleman who knows his stuff. He explained everything to me and did not try to rip me off or push for more. His pricing was fair.. He even made sure to have me try out the appliance after he worked his magic. Great value and service for our washer, which wasn't spinning or draining. Nick was super responsive to my Yelp request for a quote, and came the very next day. He's super communicative via call and text. He let me know throughout the service call what he was doing, and kept the area clean with towels. It ended up being a drain pump issue (hard water, sigh) and he luckily had the part on hand to replace it the same day. He charged us a reasonable price for parts and labor, and it comes with a one-month warranty. And he left the area very clean. We highly are very satisfied with Nick's service and work! read more
