What can I say about this business other than they are THE ACTUAL BEST OF THE BEST! These gentlemen are exactly who you are looking for if professionalism, honesty, and excellent performance are what you are looking for. I first contacted Niko when I saw their stellar Yelp reviews and received a call back from him in lightning fast time with an appointment scheduled within the same week. Alex was our awesome technician and though his English was limited he used his Google translator to make sure I understood his findings as well as the repairs needed. He fixed our dryer by replacing the heating element that had gone out and cleaning the entire inside of our dryer that was filled with lint to the brim. He then looked at our double built in ovens carefully taking apart everything (he is an engineer *chefs kiss) and found that our ovens were in excellent shape for their age with the only item needing replacing being the control board. Niko then gave me a call to explain that since our ovens were almost 20 years old the part was no longer being manufactured however they could try sourcing the part (or one similar) and I agreed. I paid for the dryer repair as well as a small deposit for the ovens and sure enough they found the part and the ovens are up and running PERFECTLY. Niko was so upfront and honest and Alex was determined to fix our items and they truly did not disappoint even when the first board that arrived turned out to have one small issue they said nope sending it back and getting you another that is 100% up to par and threw in a light bulb repair in the oven to boot. These guys deserve all the success any small business can hope for and I will be recommending them to anyone seeking similar repairs. Blessings and cheers to Real Tech! read more

This guy lives up to the hype, for real. My dryer started to make a weird scraping noise during a cycle a week ago and I found Nick on Yelp's best nearby list. The season for appliance repair is starting to get busy so I figured he wouldn't be able to come by for at least a few days out, maybe a week. Luckily, we discovered that he lives pretty close by to me in Elk Grove, and although he was indeed booked up for the next few days, he happened to have a quick window available at the time and was able to arrive at my place within an hour as promised! Before he headed over, he double-checked with me via text, which I appreciated. He was punctual, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very transparent about what he was going to do, what he expects the problem to be based on hearing the dryer noise, how much it may potentially cost, and the timeframe of his work. Sure enough, within minutes he was able to locate the issue, showed it to me and confirmed the job estimate as predicted. In fact, he even has parts readily available in his vehicle and didn't have to go anywhere to pick up the part that I needed. Within 20 minutes the whole issue was fixed and he also performed a routine maintenance of cleaning up all the lint inside and out of the dryer, all within the cost of the job. I would trust Nick with all my handywork from now on. You should too! read more

Niko and Vlad, two brothers, have helped me twice and I would recommend them to others anytime. I posted a Help(!) request on NextDoor because our washing machine had broken and since we have a three-generation household with teenagers, we really needed that machine. I texted Niko and he answered immediately & said they could come out the same day, on a weekend. Vlad came, diagnosed the problem, & had to order the part. It arrived on New Year's Eve and he came out that same day to install the part, & our machine has worked perfectly since. Then, of course, our freezer quit. Niko again answered immediately and we set up a time for him to come. He figured out the problem and now we have ice again! Another part of the freezer doesn't work quite right, the door, but the fridge is older & one of the rails isn't made anymore. Niko sent me the part numbers & suggested we could check on eBay for it, but he also gave me ideas of how to make it work without replacing the rails. They are engineers so they work through whatever the problem is practically - and they also don't try to upsell you or overcharge you. I believe they work on other things besides appliances, but that's what we needed their help for. I will for sure call them again, if I need to! read more

Could Nick be any more awesome? Maybe ... but not sure how! OF COURSE the washer flurted out on the holiday weekend, right about 10:30am, because why not? Found Real Tech/Nick on Yelp shortly after, he's at the house by noon (what? really? yes that happened) and shortly before 3pm washer is working again (what? really? yes that happened too), spinning delightfully in the laundry room. Yes, yes, and all the yes. Great guy, personable, friendly, most of all/best of all knew how to fix the problem - fixed it. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOKS LIKE!!! Problem with appliances? Call Nick. Don't even shop around. Call Nick. He is that guy. Call Nick. Seriously. Call Nick - reasonable price, excellent work, cleaned up after (he even helped me with the wet clothes) Did I mention? Call Nick. Happy, happy thank you!!! read more

I was very satisfied with Nick's diagnostic visit. I ended up not having the repairs done because, as he explained to me, the dryer had more issues than originally thought. Yes, he could repair the current issue, but there were at least two other parts that were near their usable life. The cumulative costs over the next several years could very easily make this a money hole. I've decided to order a new clothes dryer and Nick said he would waive the amount of the diagnostic fee if I chose to use him as the installer. He also assisted me with the last step in the installation of my new dishwasher at no extra charge. Yes, I would use Real Tech again, Mike read more

My refrigerator stopped cooling and the last time that happened, a couple of years ago, it needed a new compressor, but after Nick worked on it, he said that was not the case. He was very professional and explained everything he did to it in a way I could easily understand. After the repair, the freezer didn't freeze as quickly as he thought it would have, so he came back over to check it again today and said it was just fine and by now the items had frozen, so he didn't even charge me for today's visit. I will hire him again for any other repairs I need in the future. I highly recommend this company! read more

We woke up to find our refrigerator had stopped working overnight. Nick from Real Tech provided same-day service. Nick explained the process of diagnosing the problem, demonstrated what had broken, and quickly repaired the refrigerator. We really appreciated how he explained each step of the diagnosis and repair process. He thoroughly tested the refrigerator to ensure everything was working correctly. Nick from Real Tech is friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and does fantastic work. We will definitely call Nick for all our future appliance repair/installation needs! Thank you so much, Nick! read more

Niko and Alex were amazing! I noticed that our fridge didn't seem especially cold after coming home from a trip. After trying some easy remedies (turning down the temp, vacuuming behind the air intake) I realized I needed a professional. I called on a Wednesday morning, and by noon Alex was diagnosing the problem! Though we had to wait for a part to come in, the fridge was fixed and cooling by Friday evening. Alex and Niko were so quick and easy to work with, and squeezing us in at the end of the day to complete the repair was such a relief. I would recommend Real Tech to anyone! read more

Real Tech did a fantastic job fixing my refrigerator. It was not dispensing water or ice. They explained everything so I could understand it and knew exactly what they were going to do. They were prompt in getting the part needed and even squeezed me into their schedule and worked late so I could have water and ice again. Niko and Alex are truly amazing and care about their customers. Their pricing is very reasonable and honest and they don't try to take advantage of you. I definitely recommend them and will use only them for all my appliance needs in the future. read more

Called Real Tech on a weekend for a washing machine repair. I was pleasantly surprised that my call was answered by the owner of the business, not an answering machine. He was able to schedule a same day appointment. The service technician brought needed parts with him and was able to diagnose and fix the problem (replaced drain pump) in about 1 hour. Cost of repair was quite reasonable. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Real Tech. Will definitely use Real Tech again if another appliance needs repair. read more

Niko was punctual, quick, polite, and honest about the work that needed to be done and very affordable. He responded quickly to the request and it took only two visits in two days to diagnose and fix a Stovetop and Microwave. He took extra care when entering and working in the home to not intrude or make a mess, and not only fixed the items in the request, but also cleaned them and ensured that it was safer and more secure than before. Very solid service that lives up to all the other 5 stars given. read more

I am writing a review to thank you for your services and professionalism. You came to our house 2-3 times for our washer and dryer. My husband had asked me to leave a review to you on yelp but I had completely forgotten. I am sorry for the delay of this review but I have nothing but good words for Nick. He is professional and a very honest person so if you decide to hire him to help you around the house, you won't regret it I promise!! We need more technicians like Nick ! Thank you :) Nelly & Mike read more

I've had both Niko and Alex work on my washer, dryer, and refrigerators. Niko always responds to my calls in a timely manner and is able to schedule me in right away. They explain what the problem is and what my options are. The cost is also reasonable. They are friendly and professional too. I hate all of these new digital products but they have been able to fix them for me. Alex was able to fix my refrigerator just in time for the thanksgiving holiday. Thank goodness! read more

Nick was over the top. This gentleman showed up on time, kept in perfect communication, explained in detail what the issue was with the range and ordered the part needed. Kept in contact how long the part would take to come in and rescheduled to replace it. Everything was completed within an hour And price was way cheaper than to replace. Very happy with results. Highly recommend to everyone. thanks again Nick. God bless read more

Niko was very knowledgeable and also genuinely honest and committed to helping me. My dryer had been acting up, and rather than pushing for repairs that may not end up working out long term, he recommended we replace it instead. He also helped diagnose some issues with our refrigerator. Everything was done quickly and smoothly. I would highly recommend Niko to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional tech. read more

I texted Niko on a Monday morning regarding my noisy dryer. He was at my house in less than 3 hours. The total price for the repair was $333. Hopefully I got a fair price, as I don't know much about dryers and the cost of repairs. He was done with the repairs in about 30 minutes. He is a little bit of a salesman, but I guess you need to be in order to get ahead. He seemed like a nice person and professional. read more
