I requested a quote thru Yelp to have someone come look at a washing machine that wasn't spinning/leaving items soaking wet and Nick with Real Tech responded promptly with the lowest diagnosis fee and availability the next day. He was so polite and helpful and honest with us that our washer was done for and we'd be better off getting a new one rather than trying to overcharge or make a buck off us. I'm glad to have his info now because we'll definitely be calling if we ever need these services again! read more

I contacted Real Tech with a unique request: a bird recently built a nest in my dryer vent and I needed someone to disconnect my dryer and use a shop vac to blow any remaining feathers & nest out of there. Nick responded INSTANTLY (which is important to me) and came over. Not only did he do this, he made some recommendations, made sure that my dryer was properly connected to the vent, provided some tips about my dryer, and was very personable. I would definitely recommend working with this company and plan to contact them in the future. read more

Nick is reliable, responsive, and honest. He does quality work and will give options for repair. I had a problem with a relay on my dishwasher thinking it needed to be replaced. Nick assessed the situation and managed to repair it, costing me far less than a full replacement. He also told me to call him if the repair didn't hold and that he would credit my payment that day towards the work to replace it. Truly a stand-up guy! read more

I was having issues with my freezer not doing it's job to the best of its ability. Nick was highly reviewed on Yelp, so I contacted him to take a look. First off, he responded quickly and was an absolute professional. He dropped by my house the very next day and was thorough in his diagnosis. Ultimately, he found no issues (of course, my freezer decided to be on its best behavior when Nick arrived). He didn't charge me and asked me to keep in touch if the issue came back. Nick was on time, friendly, patient, and professional. Holy cow what a nice guy. I'd definitely recommend his services! read more

Great service! Niko Came and fixed the problem with our Samsung washer right away. I will recommend Niko to everyone I know.

Highly recommend Nick to service/repair your appliances. He was quick to answer, friendly and very knowledgeable. He repaired my dryer that wasn't heating up, and while he was here asked him to check our washer too. He was so helpful and honest with repairs needed, not necessary and potential life expectancy of parts and appliances. I am so glad I found him here on Yelp and will continue to contact for any future projects or repairs that might come up. read more

Niko is AWESOME!!! I received his info from a neighbor and I text him to let him know what the issue was with my washer. It was leaking from the front and it wasn't something i could fix by myself. Niko was able to come over same day to diagnose the issue. I told him where it was leaking and he knew exactly what the issue was. He called around to find the part and was able to pick it up and fix it same day or order through mail and fix it when it arrived. I opted to wait, but i should've just gotten it done the same day because the laundry piled up. Niko was honest and very knowledgeable. He came as soon as he got the part and fixed the washing machine! I will call him in the future for any of my appliance needs and will recommend him to anyone inquiring! read more

Our dryer was squeaky and then stopped working/turning completely. Requested a bid on Yelp and Nick was the first to respond. The diagnostic fee was less than the others and he waives it if he does the repairs. He arrived very promptly at the beginning of the time window. He is extremely nice and takes the time to show you exactly where the problem is and the parts that need replacing. He had all the parts and fixed the dryer very quickly. He had to basically take it completely apart to clean years worth of hair and lint, get the new drum rollers, belt and other parts installed. Super efficient and my dryer runs like new now. He even took time to fix a loose base cover on my fridge that he noticed unasked. His pricing is very reasonable and fair. Nick has made a customer for life and I will be contacting him in the future for all our appliance repair/installs. Highly recommend! read more

My dryer was making loud noise when it was turned on. Nickolai responded quick and was there the next day. Took the time to tell and show me exactly what was wrong on the dryer. Had the parts with him and was able to fix within a hour. Fairly priced and professional. Highly recommend if you have an appliance repair need. read more

We have a wine fridge that just doesn't cool anymore and Nick was quick to respond and come out to the house. On site he was really respectful and explained our options. He let us know the likely issue would be a pricey fix (especially for a wine fridge) so he tried a few other options free of charge just to make sure every other possible avenue was tried. We appreciated his effort to save us money and for this we will recommend him to anyone. read more

Nick responded to my cry for help within minutes and was here within an hour. He was able to diagnose and fix my ice maker in about an hour. He was very concerned about whether he would be able to fix it and assured me that if it wasn't completely fixed and working well, he wouldn't charge me for anything. He is courteous, polite and very professional. I have his number on my fridge in case I need him for any other appliance repairs. read more

I submitted a request for a quote at night and got a response within 15 mins. He offered to come out first thing in the morning but I requested a later time, which he was happy to oblige. The diagnostic fee was more than reasonable and the best price out of all the companies I reached out to. Nick showed up early and got right to work. After diagnosing the issue with my stove he was extremely honest about the fact that he could absolutely fix it but it would probably be better for me to purchase a new stove. I appreciated the fact that he was honest with me even though it could lose him money in the process. That to me shows good ethics and is why I will go to Nick for all of my appliance needs in the future. 5 stars for sure and great customer service!! read more

Real Tech - Yelp Review 6/22/22 Nick was prompt, professional, and courteous. He worked quickly to diagnose the issue with our fridge, a common problem with which he was familiar. He very accurately described the inner workings of the fridge, and his swift disassembly of the shelves and inside cover revealed precisely the picture he had painted. The issue turned out to be in the ice machine, and not only did he offer to service our ice machine, but also described how to do it in case I cared to try myself. He also pointed out that he found the water supply hose kinked, and straightened it and taped the excess to the back of the fridge. After he left, we found that the once annoyingly-slow flow rate of the water dispenser had increased significantly! Nick is an engineer and is quite humble about it, giving credit to others where it is due. He communicates extremely well and is very polite. He is quite well-spoken, even having come to the US only two years ago. I highly recommend you call him for any appliance repair needs. I know I will! read more

I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Nick. He is very responsive and kept us in the loop with the status of our repair parts. He did excellent work with quality parts. He just went above and beyond. And his prices are hard to beat! One of the burners on our range hasn't worked in over two years and now it's as good as new! And he fixed the handle on our microwave, which was an afterthought on my part, just inquiring when he came to inspect our range, but he totally fixed it no problem! Nick is excellent at what he does and stands by his work. A man of true integrity, which is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend him. read more

Niko answered my call at 3 pm and had my refrigerator up and running by 5:30 pm the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in detail with pictures and videos. Sure enough when the cover came off, the problem was exactly how he had explained it. He was very meticulous and cleaned up after himself. I appreciate that he was willing to educate me on the problem and made me feel comfortable with his work. Thank you very much! read more
