Niko responded immediately and set an appointment with us right away. He showed up a few minutes early and was professional, knowledgable and HONEST. He explained our washer's issue, fixed what he could and said if we experienced the same issue, to call him back and he'd come for free. True to his word, two days later our washer caused us issues, we called him and he came a few hours later and didn't charge us. He could have sold us parts we didn't need, provided labor he didn't need to do -- but he was honest and said it would be better and cheaper for us in the long run to buy a new washer. Next time we need work on our laundry appliances, we are calling Niko at Real Tech. read more

Niko was super responsive, professional and honest. Our fridge was on, but not cooling, and he came and fixed the problem same day, within less than a couple of hours. Also, I was home by myself since my husband was at work, which is not my ideal scenario as a woman for a couple of reasons. However, Niko was super polite, professional and I felt comfortable with him. He explained everything in easy to understand terms and was patient/not pushy for my decision on the repair. Overall, I would definitely hire Real LLC again! read more

He showed up within a couple hours of my call. I was nervous that he might overcharge me how some technicians do to females... but he was honest and let me know exactly what was going on. Even though he couldn't fix the issue, he only charged me for the diagnostic and gave me a discount at that. Definitely will hire again and recommend. read more

Our refrigerator & freezer were not cooling. Niko troubleshooted with me to determine if it was something I could resolve on my own. He didn't want to charge me to come out if it was a simple fix. I knew at that moment that he was trustworthy. He ended up coming out and identified the problem with details of what needed to be fixed and how he was going to do it. Niko's pricing is fair, and he stands behind his work. I will call on Niko for all appliance repairs in the future. Thank you Niko!!! read more

Responded quickly to an evening call.. out the next morning!!! Fixed refrigerator problem in 2 hrs!!! Had part in car.... Great job!!!

Fantastic service! Niko was knowledgable, friendly, and respectful. He also knows the older appliances and was able to solve my old Kenmore dryer problem in less than an hour. He explained the problem to me and even showed my how to fix it myself if it should happen again. My only regret is that I didn't realize he answered my query that same night after hours until the next day and that I didn't connect with him sooner. The cost was, to me, a little more than just fair. It was under what I had budgeted for it and so worth every penny! Happy Holidays to you and your lovely family Niko! read more
