My front loading whirlpool washer had an F20 error while I was running a cycle. I panicked, and after googling the code, decided to call Niko. He answered my call and after I explained what was happening, he gave me instructions to try to self-fix/troubleshoot the issue if I wanted to see if it could be resolved without me needing to pay for service. I did the checks he said, and all seemed fine. So I ran another cycle on the washer and this time all was working fine. I got through the whole cycle without any errors this time thankfully...but now if I have future issues I definitely know who to call. I appreciated that Niko was super responsive and helpful. I did not need his in-person service afterall. But I've favorited his Yelp page in case I ever do need it! for any of my major home appliances. Fingers crossed though I won't have breakdowns or big issues for my washer dryer and fridge mainly lol. Thanks Niko for your phone discussion and support! read more

Our washer just stopped running a rinse cycle and after a lot of research I decided to give Niko a call and he was able to come within 48 hours and do a diagnostic on my (old, used) washing machine. He was very kind, very professional, and spoke to me like a human being rather than a dollar sign which I really appreciated. He gave me his professional advice and offered multiple options even if some of them meant he wouldn't be getting money for work beyond the diagnostic fee. He was very honest that he could repair the machine, but that it was only a bandaid for a larger issue. I felt well informed to make a decision and even though I just paid for the diagnostic and ended up buying a new machine, I would absolutely reach out to Niko again if I needed service. read more

5-Star Service! We highly recommend Niko! We were desperate to find someone to fix my mom's ac that went out during these 112° temperatures. He responded quickly and was on the scene within an hour. His prices were very reasonable. We will recommend him to my mom's neighbors who are looking for an ac guy who is fair and reliable. Thank you for saving us from this heat, Niko! read more

I was really impressed with Niko's service when my air conditioner suddenly stopped working at 8:30 pm, during an Excessive Heat Warning in Sacramento. After reaching out to a few businesses on Yelp, Niko responded promptly, gracious to come after regular business hours and was upfront about the pricing. He arrived within 40 minutes of our initial contact and was incredibly professional and respectful throughout. Niko took the time to clearly explain the issue and provided an estimate before proceeding with the repair, which he completed quickly and efficiently. The final price was the same as his initial estimate so no surprise fees. I'm very satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend him to others in need of HVAC services. read more

They responded quickly ,arrived on time and fixed my squeaking dryer . Seemed a bit expensive for a job that only took an hour to diagnose and repair but all home services is expensive nowadays. My fridge recently stopped getting cold so it was due to a compressor. I called Niko and he came out the same day and quoted me $900 something for parts and labor. Told me that others would charge more like $1200. At that point I rather buy a new fridge and paid him $75. He told me he knew a brother who would haul my fridge away for free. . However before calling him I knew LG would do it for $450 flat rate plus tax. I ended up going with LG and I didn't have to pay anything for parts and labor since it was under warranty. I only had the fridge for 7 years. And LG compensated me $300 for my food. Overall If you want a fridge repair right away then go ahead with him or wait for the manufacturer to repair. read more

Thank you for great work! Niko replaced my ice maker and fixed my fridge door! Much appreciated

I contacted Niko at 9:15 AM on a Sunday! He was supposed to have the day off to spend with his 2 month old son, which I was completely ok with. He called back within 30 min and said he can come out the same day. His expected arrival was between 11AM - 12 PM and came promptly at 11:15 AM. His services were quick and he explained every step of the way and more! He informed us of what triggered the issues with our igniter in the oven and had the correct parts and tools to fix it. The replacement igniter also had a protector so that it would last a lot longer. He was very efficient and quality of service was excellent. He got our oven up and running in less than 30 min! I would definitely contact Niko again for any appliance repair. He was very respectful of our home. We don't normally wear shoes in the house but we understand boots/shoes are the normal with repairmen. We told him he could wear his shoes if he would like, but he took them off in respect to us and our home. The pricing is what was expected for this repair and with Nikos quality and efficiency, it was worth the price. From initial contact, appointment time, travel time and repair time, it was all under 3 hours! read more

I had a malfunctioning wine room refrigerator unit . My regular HVAC person came out but said he couldn't place this kind of Freon. I found Nick at Real Tech who was able to come out the next day and fix my system.
