Fast and prompt service. Fixed our dryer within an hour and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

What a great honest, hard-working, honest businessman in Nico. I cannot be happier that I did business with real Tech. They came in and diagnosed my issue and took care of the problem the same day. He walked me through what the problem was and was not as he was working on my washer. I definitely will be doing business again with him in future if I have any issues. I highly recommend him! And this comes from someone who does not trust easily. Great work Real Tech! read more

Very quick response. Niko was able to fit me into his schedule on the same day. He arrived within an hour after requesting service from yelp. When he arrived he was friendly and got straight to work. He communicated with me during his work and explained if I would be better off getting the work done or buying a new machine. Thankfully it was an easy fix! read more

My fridge started making a loud humming sounds and I contracted Nick and he was able to squeeze me in the same day. There is a $75 diagnostic fee but it gets applied to any repairs that are made. Unfortunately it wasn't good news for the fridge, but I really appreciate how detailed Nick was in explaining the problem and how upfront and honest he was about the costs. He even showed me online how much just the part cost. He explained a few "quick fixes" that could be done but unfortunately the problem would return a few months without the proper repair. Ultimately, since our fridge is 8 years old, we decided to just purchase a new fridge. I will for sure keep Nick in mind for any future repairs in the house. Awesome customer service and communication! read more

Nick was exceptional. I was able to text him for an appointment and he was able to come by the next day. My fridge has been leaking cold water and the water would then freeze. It was so annoying having to clean it out. Nick was able to diagnose and fix the problem. His pricing is as reasonable and I didn't have to buy a new fridge. Highly recommend! read more

For our dishwasher, Nick identified and demonstrated that both the secondary drain pump and primary pump had failed and replaced them both. We're done washing dishes by hand. read more

Nicolay came out the same day I completed a yelp request for a quote. My dryer went out. At the time I called him, I didn't realize it was still under warranty. Nickolay let me know it needed a new circuit board. We paid him for the diagnosis and decided to proceed with a warranty repair. LG came out 3 separate times to repair the dryer. The LG tech kept insisting it was our dryer vent that was clogged leading to the overheating. We had the dryer vent cleaned even though it didn't need it yet. Then the LG tech insisted it was the "crushed" dryer vent hose (it was barely bent). After all these visits and the dryer dying again (4 times total), the LG tech finally came to the conclusion it needed a new circuit board. The same diagnosis Nickolay came to within an hour. We will definitely call Nickolay in the future. read more

Have you ever contacted a repair service and was given a window of 4-6 PM and ends up showing up closer to 6 PM? Well, this isn't one of those. Contacted Nick (Nikolay) yesterday because my washing machine was giving some noises in spin cycle. Nick texted and showed up at 4 PM promptly. Before he gets started, he explained what to expect and worst case scenario with possibly getting a new machine rather than replacing. I agreed and Nick went to work. After about 20 min, Nick explained what was causing the problem and that I shouldn't worry about it as the bearing will last ... the noise will just be a slight inconvenience and not worth trying to fix it. The machine will run just fine for years to come. While he was there, my wife asked if he would be able to clean the dryer vent as it has never been cleaned before for last 5+ years. After he opened up the dryer to clean, he noticed that one of the part is not working and would eventually cause the belt to break and the dryer to malfunction. Since the dryer was already opened up, he showed me the part that was not working (can't remember what the part is called). He explained why it was not working and what can happen if that is not replaced soon. He gave me a good price and I agreed to have it replaced. Overall, I am very happy with the service. Nick was very prompt and honest and very thorough. If any issues ever come up, I would not hesitate to call Nick again. read more

Excellent service! My father in law was grateful for the service he received. Will use again

My ice maker hasn't been working for a few weeks. Messaged Niko and got a response within minutes and was at my door just a couple of hours later. He helped vacuum the fan area that had a solid cover of dust on it. Unfortunately, I may need to replace the ice maker but Niko was great at explaining what he's doing and why and options to fix it. I appreciate how thorough he was! read more

If you are looking for someone willing to put their reputation and quality of work before anything, I would highly recommend Real Tech for your services. I put in a yelp quote the day before Thanksgiving, and Nikolay replied within a couple of minutes. Nikolay offered to review my refrigerator on Thanksgiving day. Nikolay arrived well before the scheduled time (called before arriving), and he determined the parts to fix the fridge would exceed the worth of my current refrigerator. He explained that he could fix it, but the cost for the parts would not be worth it in his opinion, knowing our refrigerator is over 10 years old, and I agreed. I also had him look over a slight issue with my dryer, which he fixed within minutes. Finding honest repair individuals is rare these days, and I appreciate Nikolay for taking the time to explain to me all the issues with my refrigerator in great detail. His honesty is what I truly value. I can easily recommend Real Tech for all your repairing needs; I know I will call Nikolay the next time I have any issues with any appliances at my home. read more

Nikolay came to repair our dryer due to the heating element being burnt out. I called him around 9 a.m. and he arrived within 20 minutes of the phone call ending. I was expecting some service fee to just examine the issue but he just gave me an estimate before he started working. He finished dismantling the dryer within 15 minutes and showed me the issue with the heating element. He was honest and explained everything was fine and was able to replace the exact part. Nikolay would have been done even sooner if I did not bug him with questions about the dryer. He was more than happy to teach me. A+ work done within 1 hour of me calling him. No extra charge was made and the cost for me to replace it on my own was comparable to what he charged. His personality, alone, is what would have us calling him for any future issues. We have had the dryer, now, for several weeks and noticed the dryer is drying better than ever before! Thank you Real Tech and Nikolay! read more

I really appreciate Niko. He came out and tried to repair my dryer but the part we needed was out. He was very honest and straightforward about the repairs needed. I cannot recommend this company enough. read more

Best appliance repair experience I've ever had! Niko knowledgeably identified the issue, presented and explained options, and followed through to make sure the work was done right. We had him in for a fridge repair. He fully explained what was wrong and was transparent that the fix we needed would not restore the fridge to its original condition but would keep it going. He made the repairs, let us experience the fix in action, and offered to refund all but the consult fee if we chose to replace the fridge instead. He even followed up a few hours after he left to make sure the repair was working as expected. Highly recommended! read more

I would leave 6 stars but I can only rate up to 5 stars. Niko came by to inspect the issue but it turns out that the leaking is not coming from the refrigerator. Instead, I was told by him that it is most likely to be a plumbing issue. He was kind enough to not charge me for the inspection, and recommended that I work with a plumber. I truly appreciate his honesty and work ethic. I don't look forward to having more issues in the future, but if I do, I know who to call! read more

We have been having some leaks underneath our top load washing machine for a while now. I looked up yelp and saw these guys. Very fast service! Called the company and spoke to Niko. Niko arrived very fast and was able to diagnose what's wrong with our washer. Turns out our washer is completely fine and it's just our laundry drain that is clogged! Niko also gave me some advice how to clear the drain and also some tips to lengthen the lifespan of our washer. Thank you Niko! If you are looking for someone then these guys are the one! read more

Nick came to fix my broken ice maker which was completed just fine. I'm happy to report that my ice cube bin is filled once again. I wanted to commend Nick on his willingness to take a look at my Viking oven which started to make noises and wasn't heating up as quickly as usual. After opening up the inside panels of the oven, as luck would have it the noises couldn't be replicated. He asked if I could take a video the next time it started acting up and he'd be happy to try and diagnose the issue. I'll provide a follow up as soon as this next repair is completed.... read more
