Our LG refrigerator unfortunately stopped cooling and had started leaking a lot of water onto the floor. I called Nick and he was quick to respond by coming out same day. Before even stepping into the house he asked if we felt comfortable with him coming in with or without a mask and also asked about our comfort level with him wearing shoes, which was EXTREMELY thoughtful. We've had a few jobs done at the house and not every technician/service member was as thoughtful. Nick broke down the costs of what he covered, and also anticipated what could've been wrong with the refrigerator when I called him and brought over all the potential parts before even getting started. He ran some diagnostics and concluded it was our compressor that ended up failing on the fridge. We have been having some leaks underneath our top load washing machine for a while now. I looked up yelp and saw these guys. Very fast service! Called the company and spoke to Niko. My fridge started making a loud humming sounds and I contracted Nick and he was able to squeeze me in the same day. There is a $75 diagnostic fee but it gets applied to any repairs that are made. Unfortunately it wasn't good news for the fridge, but I really appreciate how detailed Nick was in explaining the problem and how upfront and honest he was about the costs. He even showed me online how much just the part cost. He explained a few "quick fixes" that could be done but unfortunately the problem would return a few months without the proper repair. Ultimately, since our fridge is 8 years old, we decided to just purchase a new fridge. I will for sure keep Nick in mind for any future repairs in the house. I would leave 6 stars but I can only rate up to 5 stars. Niko came by to inspect the issue but it turns out that the leaking is not coming from the refrigerator. Instead, I was told by him that it is most likely to be a plumbing issue. He was kind enough to not charge me for the inspection, and recommended that I work with a plumber.
