I had my carpets professionally cleaned a few days ago, and unfortunately the service did not meet my expectations. After the cleaning was completed, there were still visible pet urine stains throughout the carpet. The technicians were in and out in approximately 20 minutes, which did not seem sufficient given the condition of the carpets. I contacted the company to address my concerns and was informed that the manager would be available on Monday. When I called back on Monday, I was not allowed to speak with the owner or manager and was told someone would return my call. I never received a call back. Additionally, the company refused to come back to the home to re-clean the affected areas or offer any further resolution. Overall, the lack of thorough service and poor follow-up customer support was very disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Then when I opened the door he did the same s*** on my security door, breathing all in my d*** house with no mask on. Honestly I was like "Why the hell are you peeping in my d*** windows? Once the technician (Eric) starting cleaning, he did a good job. However he pushed too hard on the upsell, and while I did need the deep clean he recommended, it was not in my budget to do so. I repeatedly told him this, and he asked if I could have a family member wire me money. Uh, no. Not to get the carpets cleaned. My second complaint is that I had verified with the receptionist when they called to confirm my appointment that I could pay with my debit card. She assured me I would be able to. When the time for payment came, the technician told me he didn't have the credit card payment machine with him and nobody was in the office to take my payment over the phone, and that he could follow me to the ATM so I could pay him. I wavered on that, because that is a huge red flag to me, but then the technician disappeared for 10-15 minutes and had magically found the credit card payment machine. Even though the results were fine, I cannot recommend a business that uses such extreme pressure on a customer to upsell their services, even if the carpets do need the more expensive services. read more

To start, the technician Robert was 2 HOURS LATE. I scheduled my appointment for 7am on a Sunday specifically because I, like most people, have a life and don't want to sit around waiting all day for the carpet cleaner to show up. At no point did I receive a call or text stating that the tech will be late. Very unprofessional. I mean what's the point of having an appointment if the tech will just show up whenever they want? Robert also never gave a reason as for why he was 2 HOURS LATE nor did he offer to rectify the situation. I'm already annoyed by his lateness/unprofessional/ nonchalant attitude when he finally arrives. My small apt has 2bed and the living room carpeted and I was charged $75 for the 3 areas. The photo is of the living room that Robert attempted to bill as "2 areas" so that he could charge me $100 instead of the $75 I had agreed to over the phone. But I wasn't having it and talked him back down to 75. I feel lucky I only paid that much for the 3 rooms compared to everyone else's stories. As for the quality of the carpet cleaning; not very good. Carpet looks essentially the same as it did before the "cleaning". But after reading the horror stories here, I'm not even going to bother trying to get a refund. I'll just cut my losses and and recommend that NOBODY EVER USE REAL STEEMER. We found this business on craigslist and we used them to clean our carpets when we moved out. It was only for 2 bedrooms. They gave me a window of 10-12 and they showed up at 10:30. They didn't do a test spot like the other reviews said. He kind of just looked at the carpets and asked if I had tough stains but I didn't; normal wear and tear. He asked what price were we quoted over the phone when booking. I told him $50, and he wrote down $50 on the paper for me to sign. The 2 gentlemen were very friendly - Ismael & Carlos. It took about 30 minutes to clean the carpets. They got all the stains out and it looked and smelled very good. I would actually consider using this service again. Call them today, about 1 pm, nice lady ask questions and finally say, carpet cleaning for my house will be $79. I say "ok, great" and schedule an appointment. I have choice from 2 different times - between 3 and 5 and 6 and 8, I choose one between 6 and 8. Just hour and half later that lady call me and say "Guys on the way, will be there in 30 min!" He "test" carpet and find out dirt comes off easily... so he decide to ask me WHY I cleaning, to move-in or to move out and get deposit, when he find out its for move-out, he say I will not get deposit back unless I upgrade to "cleaning with chemicals" instead of "just steam cleaning" and it will cost $455 "because he will need use 2 or 3 different chemicals". Why I need pay for "cleaning" if carpet not gonna be clean?!? I better rent RugDoctor in Home Depot for 2 hours and pay just 39 bucks total! I say Its BS and I not gonna pay that, then he show me paper and told me sign it where it says "warranty voided" and he will clean with just one chemical.... for $275!
