It was a large and complicated job involving two dwelling units and 23 cylinders needed to re-key the whole. James was patient and accommodating to our schedule; for instance, we had to coordinate the return of our tenant from her work at the University to look after her dogs while he worked at her place. James' workmanship was impeccable. He kept me informed of what he was doing. Altogether a highly satisfactory experience for us and I hope for him, too.
