They arrived right on time for the estimate, just as communicated, and their messages before and after the visit were professional, prompt, and clear, which kept everything simple and low stress in that way you appreciate. We did not select them for this particular job, but based on their reliability and communication alone, they will definitely stay on our list for future work because those qualities matter just as much as the final result and they demonstrated both without any fuss. Aliaksandr at MasterFix Solutions was the epitome of first class customer service from start to finish, as he completely transformed two bathrooms that had sustained water damage. He handled everything from the drywall and painting to the installation of flooring and resetting of the plumbing fixtures. He worked extremely hard each day to stay on schedule and took the time to make sure I was pleased with his progress each day. He was also very personable, friendly and humble and was very appreciative of the opportunity to take on this project as he did not take one minute for granted. He also took tremendous pride in his work and at the end of the project he made sure that everything was cleaned up, all trash was disposed of and I was completely happy with the final outcome before asking for one cent of payment, which is rare in today's day and age of upfront deposits paired with inconsistent service. I know first-hand how difficult it can be to find someone you can trust in your home to take care of projects both big and small, so I am beyond ecstatic that I found that "needle in the haystack" in Aliaksandr at MasterFix Solutions and I highly recommend you give him a call for all of your households needs, whether it be drywall, painting, flooring, general handyman work, etc, as he is a shining light in the midst of a sea of darkness and I am thankful to have found him and look forward to seeing his business grow in the years ahead. So not wanting to deal with another electrician I did a bit of work myself which of course led to some issues I couldn't figure out. Was told that Martins is good, but no,, they were OUTSTANDING !!! They found my issues were coming from the install of the box that the first guy didn't tighten down the neutrals, so that was causing the short to happen. They then went over the work I did to ensure it was to code AND they went thru the entire house checking the switches for loose neutrals, which they found a bunch as well. Their attitude was so great, that they were here to help me and I didn't get that feeling of being talked down to, like I got from the other place. HIGHLY recommend them. OUTSTANDING employee's with a great attitude and they treat you right ! oh, and Chris ( I assume the foreman) called 30 mins after his guys left to FOLLOW UP to be sure I was ok with the work they had done. I would most definitely use them again!
