I can understand why he made the request, since it was a negative review, so out of respect for him I emailed him back with the reasons why I would not change it, responding to each of his points. I embedded my responses after each of his questions, and used red so it would stand out from his question to make it easier to read. He emailed me back. As it turns out he did not even bother to read my responses (which were my concerns about him). Read his email response to me below, and you can decide if it seems professional. I do not think it is. Mind you I only met the guy twice. He emailed me back to say in part, "Oh, did you consider that response rude too? I really thought you might have been astute enough to notice I responded within a few seconds of receiving your previous email (hint: that means I didn't read your email beyond the first sentence); but I guess not. If I was interested in being polite to someone like you, it would be apparent. You've made it abundantly clear that any effort in that regard would be a waste of time. Your sense of superiority, entitlement, and self importance knows no bounds. Even though I ignored your comments, I did want you to know that I noticed the formatting (red font color) in your email. Anyone going to that level in a response has some serious mental and emotional issues."

It's hard to believe all the 5-star reviews--are they even real or just paid for? He has been the most dishonest and rude realtor we've ever encountered, with a troubling knack for deceiving people. For example, he claimed a burnt, clearly used oven was "new" based on his so-called visual inspection. In fact, all the appliances appear old, used, and possibly salvaged from a junkyard--yet he still labeled them "new." Either he's completely lost his judgment and senses, or he's become so practiced in misrepresenting terms from selling so many homes that he no longer sees the line between truth and deception.
