Selling my home was a journey with ups and downs like any other Journey in life. But sometimes a…read moregood or a bad experience depends on the type of company that you have during your journey. Well, when it comes to having great company during your home selling experience you could not ask for better than Tina Kyriakis' company and expertise. Her exemplarity work is full of all the essential attributes found in all great Real Estate agents. Tina is talented, resourceful, patient, punctual, responsive, trustworthy, a great listener and a true problem solver to name a few of her great attributes. From day one when she took over the selling of my property Tina always answered all my calls and texts within minutes if not immediately. And if she was busy with a client, contractor, or solving an issue, she would always make sure to get back to me in a timely fashion. She is also very resourceful. I did not want to hire a professional staging company for my home, so Tina took it upon herself to stage my home using some of my home furniture, along with additional designer touches. Even though she is not a stager by trade, I was very pleased with the results. Her resourcefulness and attention to detail is what made my place look like a model house. She did such a wonderful job staging my home that my own family and friends did not recognize it when I showed them pictures of her decorating work. Tina is great at coordinating home repair activities with contractors and between contractors. She is equally great at communicating to the customer what contractors are doing and when the work is going to be done. You can be sure that she will take care of any issues that may arrive from any work that is being done by contractors. One of Tina's greatest skills is that she is a good listener because she makes sure to capture the entire picture of what you are trying to say before she gives you a response or offers a solution to a problem or issue involving the selling of your property. She communicates very well with other agents so there is no, "lost in translation" when it comes to her communicating skills. Therefore, given my experience with Tina I believe that she is a true problem solver. When I was moving out of my property, I had an issue with the moving company. The moving company and I were at odds on how to solve the problem. I contacted Tina and again she used her listening and troubleshooting skills and I she was able to come up with a solution to the problem that worked for both the moving company and me. After I was done with my home selling Journey, I compared Tina Kyriakis' work with that of an A credit score (an A paper like they say in the business) except that to me based on the great experience that I had with her during my journey she is an A++ Real Estate agent in my book. Thank you very much Tina for all your great work and your human approach of doing business in the Real Estate world. Best Regards, Jose Bermudez

She'll calm you down when you are anxious after placing a bid. I can not say enough positive things about Lisa. She absolutely loves her job, and she is really good at what she does. She knows a lot about real estate, and I can trust that she'll clarify things that I don't understand in the many forms that I had to sign.
