Another update with 5 stars, again!…read more This complex was built in the early seventies, and although the condo I rent came with major upgrades when I moved in almost five years ago, things still happen. For a while, the upper panel on the white Maytag over-the-stove microwave kept falling off, and I kept reattaching it. Then the day came when I could no longer reattach it. I logged a support request. Soon, Fernando Vazques texted me, asking for the microwave's serial number. I took photos and texted them back to him, and in the process, I learned that the appliance's manufacturing date was January 2004. So it was over two decades old, but it still worked great if not for the panel falling off. I thought they would order a replacement part for that panel. However, it turned out that it would be cheaper to replace the whole microwave. Fernando kept me updated on the approval progress, the order from Lowe's, and the delivery. Once two guys from Lowe's delivered the microwave, Fernando coordinated the installation. One guy from Intempus came, installed the new microwave, and removed the old one; everything would have been ok if not for a large area of paint that peeled off the wall beneath the microwave. I sent pictures to Fernando. Several days later, David, a tech, arrived to fix the paint issue. I brought out all the cans of paint I keep in the outside storage shed that I found here upon move-in. However, none of that paint matched the color on the kitchen wall. So David went to a paint store and used their paint color matching machine (I hadn't even heard of such a tool before!) to find the exact match. He returned from the store and did a super careful job achieving the orange peel effect on the wall. He also went around the unit, noticed things, fixed them, and responded to my reports of minor annoyances. For example, he reinserted the large patio screen back into its railing, fixing the railing so that the screen wouldn't fall off again. He also gave me good advice on keeping the place in good shape and admired the many plants I keep outside my unit, which warmed my heart. There was definitely a silver lining to how protracted the microwave replacement turned out to be, in that David fixed things I didn't even bother reporting. I definitely felt I was in good hands with Fernando and David responding to my service request, and I know that if anything else needs fixing in the future, I will be in their good hands again.

They called in a plumber who found the toilets were older and the tanks have equipment that was corroding. They quickly got in touch with the homeowner and we had replacement toilets approved without any hassle or delay. I do my best to take good care of the property, but things happen, and it's reassuring to know the management team is responsive, maintenance issues seriously. She DISCLOSED DEATHS (SEE PICTURE) that had occurred MORE than 36 months prior to listing, whereas that's NOT required by law. She disclosed those deaths AFTER she met the buyer at the first open house! It turned off other buyers, and then she forced us to drop the price TWICE. Reader may verify price drops online. She kept the names of other potential buyers from us so they would not bring competing offers. We hired this agent because she was cheap (1.5% commission), but cheap costs us dearly. Beware of desperate agents as there's a reason they don't get listings. Early in the listing we decided to FIRE JALEH TAGHIPOUR and INTERO REAL ESTATE because she wasn't showing to the showing appointments, but they threatened litigation against us. Yes, JALEH AND INTERO Saratoga wanted to file a lawsuit against their own client! Department of Real Estate informed us that JALEH TAGHIPOUR is under INVESTIGATION by the Fines & Citation division (SEE PICTURE). In another transaction, we received multiple offers but then she requested (SEE PICTURE) another $26,000 (0.5%) in commission AFTER the offers came in, which is ILLEGAL. We've now spent five figures money in lawyer fees litigating against JALEH TAGHIPOUR and Intero Saratoga so we can recoup our losses. First loss of equity, and now expensive lawyer fees to recoup losses. Conclusion: If you have to hire Intero Saratoga and specifically, JALEH TAGHIPOUR, be ready for loss of your home's equity and have at least $100,000 in legal fee reserves to hire a lawyer.
