Welcome to your community sized grocery store, walk up to the door and an automatic cheufere opens the door for you. You will be greeted with a very clean place to shop, however, unfortunately inventory is often lacking especially with essentials like your dairy needs. Once you have what you need, you now have the choice of whether you want an actual person at the cashier stand or if you want to utilize the self checkout line, both are usually very quick and efficient, the self checkout will say 'Thank you for using self checkout', so it is polite.

Outstanding! Jie Chen (Jane) helped my wife and I transfer our mobile plan from Virgin + to TELUS…read more It was a seamless migration for my wife's plan. Mine was a different matter. Ten days earlier, I attempted to execute my own transfer from Virgin + to Public mobile online. I messed up royally as I made an error transposing my device number to Public mobile. However, I did receive an eSIM - and assumed my phone number was transferred to Public Mobile. I realized days later that all my incoming phone calls were automatically diverted to voicemail. Jane was tasked with resolving my issue. She determined that my number was still active with Virgin+ and was in limbo with Public Mobile. She canceled my subscription with Public and Virgin, gave me a physical TELUS SIM card, and thinking I was done, I went home. I then discovered I was assigned a new telephone number by TELUS. The following morning I headed back to see Jane again. I Explained I had two numbers now and the wrong phone number was the active one. Jane had never encountered this issue before. She consulted with her customer service department (after being on hold for 20 minutes) only to be told she had to contact their Tech department. Again, Jane waited patiently for 10-15 minutes to get through. Ultimately, she determined that my solution was to reinsert the original TELUS Sim card (which carried the incorrect number), and she also gave me a new TELUS Sim card with the instruction that after a few hours, my phone would display an "SOS" in the top left corner - after which time, I was to replace the Sim card with the additional one she provided me. The following day, the SOS had displayed and I replaced the original Sim card with the second one. Lo and behold, it worked! My original phone number had been reinstated and the other one disappeared. My phone could now ring again. Had it not been for Jane's diligence, perseverance, patience and tenacity, I doubt I could have solved the problem. Thank you Jane for all you do. You are an invaluable asset to TELUS! If you love cellphones and their accessories, you will love Omegacell. If you love having the…read morenewest and coolest phones in the world and don't want to order them from the internet Omegacell usually has them a few days after they are released. They provide unlocked phones for pretty much every carrier. So if you want a roger phone on the bell network, they can get it done for you. The prices aren't cheap though. Unlocked phones come at a steep price but to some it is well worth it. The staff is great, really helpful and friendly. The store also carries cell phone accessories including things that can help protect your phone from damage. The store is one of a kind in Edmonton.

Keep in mind you also pay a premium for a lot of these unlocked phones, as they are not sold with any phone plan to offset the phone costs. If a new phone appears overseas, Omegacell will most likely have it within the following week. Although some of their phone prices are not cheap, they offer excellent service and the staff are extremely knowledgeable in the cell phone market. Walk inside and the majority of their popular phones are well laid out in a class counter for you to see; don't be afraid to ask to try the phones too as these are all REAL, charged phones (unlike the dummy ones you see at other stores). One of the staffers even let me use his phone as a demo to see how a 'used' version of the phone felt. If you're not in the market for one of the latest phones from overseas, you can also look into more reasonable phones with down-to-earth phone plans, as they are also a Fido phone provider. They have also provide thin film screen protectors for your phone, and will even apply it on your phone for you...and trust me, this is well worth the price as it can get extremely annoying if you're not used to applying them. If you're looking for the ultimate protection for your phone, Omegacell offers the InvisibleShield film, which they will also apply for you, but for an additional $10 (depending on the model). If you read about the newest phones that come out and want to even hold it in your hand, there is no better place to see, touch, and talk about it!
