This is the absolute worst company ever with horrible customer service. My newly built home had a…read morewater well dug and installed by them. I initially had 30 pounds of pressure and a very weak shower water flow. They came out after 2 calls and a complaint and replaced my pressure valve with a stronger one that I bought because they said they didn't have anything other than what was installed. The next day, the new water pressure caused a pump head pipe to separate and thousands of gallons flowed in the garage causing damage to many items I had in the garage. They came out again and re-installed the same pump head pipe with better glue then promptly started sending me 300 dollar bills for the work which they had originally done for the builder. Audacious and rude is the best description I can give the more on that re-installed the pipe. "These things happen" he just said ignoring the 2000 dollar damage their installation caused. STAY AWAY from these people. They are crooks and thieves and deserve to go out of business. The sooner the better.

The pump to the water treatment is now on bypass for the 3rd time in a year and a half for leaking and broken internal parts. The airfiltration system is no longer working. It broke 6 months ago. Each work request is $230.00 + 90.00 for additional time. I feel if the same unit fails 3 times and leaks thus flooding my garage each time. Then the service call fees should be waived and the defective part should be replaced. It has made a mess of my garage each time. I am disabled an unable to do that type of work. The unit is made of plastic and obviously does not meet the standards required for usage. Florida energy water & air are not willing to back their parts or service. This company is not willing to back their services unless you pay what for us is now nearly $1000.00 extra for someone to come in and replace parts on a known failing unit. I was targeted because I had just purchased a home. When they called, I had no previous knowledge of their company. A $40 gift card? Yup! I signed up and they scheduled it for the next day. The woman who came out and did the test was prompt, very polite and the product actually seemed cool. The whole presentation ran 2 hours, which was long but at that point I liked what she had to say and I was considering a purchase. Sounds good, right? Wrong. Next day I went to redeem the code for my $40 gift card. It was a BAIT AND SWITCH! Glad I tried redeeming the gift card before working with this dishonest company. Turns out it takes up to several weeks to get the gift card and it's only for $20, not the $40 I was promised! The redemption would double to $40 only if you donated the whole thing. Now I love to donate, just like you, but THEY CHOSE the charity and I've never even heard of it. It was just underhanded. Bottom line is, THEY LIED. I don't know how or why they have affiliates such as The Home Depot. As far as I'm concerned, THEY LIED to me from go and that isn't the type of business I support! ***Follow-up: Because I purchased a second home days after the first, wouldn't you know, I got another call for the same company with the same lie of an offer.
