They do not follow simple delivery instructions. They would leave the water bottles downstairs. Customer service does not control the deliveries and just okay's you without doing anything. If you're a customer past or present check your credit card statements, they are probably charging you for what you're not getting. We have looked for a replacement water delivery service but it seems Primo has bought them all out. The Better Business Bureau gives Primo an F rating. Horrible, please don't do business with this company. When they merge with primo water it began, the nightmare. Couldn't reach no one, with not getting my water supply. Had to moved so I canceled. Now im getting a bill plus 20 dollars charge per month. When I called to paid they answered so fast. They are in it to make money not to serve there customers. Is there a rating less than one star? DO NOT USE this service. I started during Covid for obvious reasons and the service was always marginal. Mostly due to equipment issues. Now they are going through an overhaul and have decided home customers don't matter. I have been waiting for water over a month! AKA Primo. Avoid this place that never delivers. Changes dates and don't tell me. Drivers are rude. They don't seem to care.

Every day for the last 11 days every day they push my delivery one day back. I guess I need to put my request in a month ahead and then wait and extra month. No end to this in sight. I got a letter from some CEO saying they would fix this but nothing has changed. If you want to use them put your order in at least a month of ahead of when they say it will be delivered. You'll be waiting a while. read more

This company has got me so aggravated ! Between them canceling orders and delaying deliveries and between the lazy drivers that won't deliver the water or they deliver it to the wrong house. So finally, I went out and bought my own cooler after one year, I called and canceled my account. They keep telling me and giving me a date that they'll pick up the cooler and they never show up. It's been 4 times now I'm waiting for August 26. This is a joke. You're better off getting your own water cooler and finding a refill station near your house. So much cheaper it now cost me two dollars to fill up a 5 gallon jug. If ReadyRefresh doesn't come and get their equipment, I'm gonna throw in the garbage. read more

I saw (x3) 1 star reviews and that seemed like the worst case for some people. people only review when they are put into mortal danger by the failure of a company. I gotta tell ya... if you're a loser bachelor who can drink tap water but wants to have nicer water for their cat or any girl they can convince to visit, this is a perfectly acceptable company. Unpredictable delivery whatever. Price increases? so what. it's better than going to the home depot with your empties. If you don't rely on the company for life sustaining water, the service is totally worth the cost. Ready refresh treats you kindly until you want close account due to cost increases. Raised bottle prices 2 00 in the last six months . We want to Close account, refuse to pick up empties without an order. Ordered one bottle now they keep postponing the delivery. Would not recommend them. read more

I received 1 delivery during which the driver complained about my long driveway. He wouldn't walk across grass so this young man watched me, a 68 yr old woman, carry the 4 40-lb water bottles the last 6 ft to my door. The next delivery was canceled by the driver with no explanation. The company rescheduled my delivery 5 days later. Again, the delivery wasn't made. Bottled water is a medical requirement for me and they were aware of this. At this point I was totally out of water and apparently they didn't care. Was a customer for years during the last year or so my deliveries would constantly be postponed, sometimes till the next month. I finally decided after numerous price increases and frankly poor delivery schedules to cancel. I called to cancel making sure that it would be before the end of the month so not to get charged for rental of equipment. Ready Refresh conveniently scheduled a pick up date of 3 days into the next month. At no time during the conversation to cancel was I told that I would be charged a $50.00 recondition fee on the equipment and they also charged me for a full month of rental because they scheduled pick up into the next month, I'm sure on purpose! The customer service I received through this company has been decent for the most part but the price gouging is unacceptable. I will never ever consider this company again I hope that this review helps someone else not become a victim to this company. read more
