Edit: I have the emails from the person who you were performing the work for. In them he states that you said all you could do was remove the sidewalk and replace it with grade B stone. I don't have issue with the job taking longer than it was supposed to take. I get the entire Covid ordeal. My issue is with the professionalism of the work that was done.
