For instance, instead of purchasing an entire new arrangement for our sweetheart table, Anna was able to repurpose the flowers in our ceremony. We were going for a palm/beachy theme for our wedding and Lush Celebrations gave us paradise. The centerpieces were stunning! On four of our tables, there were huge palm frond arrangements that brought the ballroom to life. Lush celebrations did a wonderful job using both candles and water features to accompany some of the smaller flower arrangements. Their use of driftwood on the tables was the perfect touch to our theme. My husband's aunt was a florist for over 30 years and even she was blown away by our centerpieces. She told us that they were some of the best centerpieces that she's ever seen. My favorite arrangement was by far my bouquet. It was everything I asked for and more. She promises her team will handle everything, yet they arrive with no idea of the schedule or vision. To be fair, her assistants did their best with no direction. At the rehearsal, it became clear Bobbie wouldn't attend. Her assistant tried but didn't know how the bride wanted things arranged or how the ceremony should look. Bobbie had also promised to handle the decor, but the bridal party ended up doing most of it. She even told the bride to buy specific candles for the centerpieces, only for her team to say they couldn't be lit--despite Bobbie approving them beforehand. When guests arrived, they wandered into private areas while the couple took photos, and the bridal party had to step in. Later, during the transition from cocktail hour to the reception, guests were left standing around with no guidance. No couple should have to experience this kind of disorganization or disappointment on their wedding day. What should have been a joyful, seamless celebration turned into unnecessary stress because of poor planning and communication. As someone who witnessed it firsthand, I truly hope future brides are spared this kind of experience.
