What followed was over two months of delays, inconsistent information, and increasingly difficult communication. After asking for repeated updates, I was initially told there were issues with fabric and parts. I continued reaching out for updates and was repeatedly given different information about the status of my order. Eventually, I was told the order was out for delivery, even though I had not received it. The most frustrating part was what happened afterward. The owner stopped responding to me. My calls and emails went unanswered, despite the fact that I had already paid more than $2,400 for the order. At that point, I had to file a claim to get my money back. I should not have had to go through a claims process to recover money for furniture that was never delivered. Delays happen, and I understand that supply and shipping issues can occur. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication, being given inaccurate information about delivery, and having the owner stop responding after taking payment.
