When I called to inquire, I was told this was due to weather, even though it was a perfectly sunny day. For the six months that we had the service, not even one month went by where we were serviced all four weeks that we were paying for each month. Every time I called, I was told I could not be refunded for missed appointments, and they would be added to the end of the year (mind you, the contract was through November already - who needs their lawn mowed in December?!) After six months of this terrible customer service I finally canceled and moved on to another company. If you do business with them, be aware that it is at your own risk.

We had this standby generator installed beside our home. The electricity will go off quiet often…read moreand my Wife has to have the electric on. She gets upset when she has no electricity. I saw a commercial on TV advertising a standby generator and call for a estimate. We got the whole house one, because I got tired switching extension cords around from room to room. We were found this one that would service our whole house and had it installed. The crew arrived on time as scheduled and after introduction from the leader they went right to work. They did an amazing job with installing and setting it in working order. They installed a switch -over box in the garage so when the power goes off, within 15-30 seconds the generator comes on. We thought that was nice. For years I used a portable generator with many extension cords lying all over the house, but no more. I gave all that to my Son and now we don't worry about electricity outages. I have to tell everyone that the crew got caught in the rain, but that did not stop them. The leader went to Lowe's and bought a fold out canopy. They continued to work, half under it and some in the rain. The Gas Company came out and installed a gas meter to fuel it. When they finished, all was working when they ran a test. We were satisfied with their job proficiency, even working through a thunder storm the crew continued. I do not have to do anything when our power goes out, We just wait a few seconds and walia! The power comes on. We thank everyone that made it happen. Yr generator was very readable in price too! Last, but not least, I did have to buy a contract to have all taken care of, so I do not have to do anything, even maintenance, we just sit back and our standby generator.
