He was seen at petcos in CA before moving here. He is such a loving (though big) golden retriever. We will try another location to see if there are actual groomers who are wanting to do their job. Seems clear from our most recent experiences (and reading some of the other reviews) this location can't handle any dog. I should mention his ears and paws were soaked when picked up. He is prone to ear infections, which they know about. When we had taken him in with other groomers there he was there 3+ hours. Now, barely 2 hours. He seems really depressed now too. Poor buddy traumatized by the lack of care there
