Within a week he died. We just had another dog that we took to your clinic and we were told that he had chronic dry eye. He kept getting worse and worse and lost about 10 lbs within a week. He only weighed 30 lbs to begin with. We took him to the Emergency Vet and found out his organs were shutting down to diabetes. You told us he's fine and come back the next day and you'd start him on meds. He died the next day. Took a third dog to you with concerns about a growth on his hip. You looked at it and told us it's nothing to worry about. Didn't even bother to run any tests. Took him to another vet and turns out it's skin cancer. Needless to say, we won't take any more pets to you for care. Seems like you don't investigate concerns thoroughly enough and just tell your animal parents what they want to hear. In all three cases, treatment would've either prolonged their life or would've reduced their suffering. It's unacceptable.

I took my chihuahua in for a UTI. And at first they were trying to bill me 900 dollars which is absurd. But, it was the lack of care for my dog which made this awful. My dog has no teeth, so her tongue hangs out. My senior dog is very sensitive and doesn't do well with people besides me and my boyfriend, and I told them that. But when they took her back to do her bloodwork, which was very painful for her, all I could hear was the techs laughing and laughing at her while she was crying and screaming.
