Beyond enrichment, there is fun structured play including splash days to look forward to throughout the summer. With over a decade we have built so many memories and truly feel like the staff are family. As such, when and if any issues ever arise they are taken with the sincerest seriousness and remedied quickly - and those hiccups are few and far between. The most prolific sign of quality is how much more excited they get to go to their "day care school" when their "big kid school" is closed, walking into the building with high fives and hugs. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for childcare services with a fun atmosphere and a learning environment. When we did the trial class, I was skeptical because it just looked like a bunch of kids sitting around on computers. However, we decided to give it a try due to reasonable cost, no long term commitment, no assigned homework and a spot-on assessment of my daughter's needs at the end of the trial class. I've been very pleased so far. The sessions are highly individualized, and she is exposed to many math concepts that she hasn't even done in school yet. The staff give feedback after each session, and the director does a one-on-one written progress update every two months. This is extremely helpful in tracking progress against state academic standards and grade level performance and in identifying strengths and weaknesses. The staff are all very friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Explore Horizons Frisco.
