I had to run errands and would be back shortly. I left her a $15 tip (25%) and said thank you. They did not finish cleaning the dishes and customer service didn't do anything about it after I emailed them. Pictures uploaded... I bet they're not like this other times. But this was my experience.

What luck! It was set up in no time. The young woman who came to the house was prompt and efficient. I would definitely go through this company again in the future.

The person I set up these appointments with is Jenny and she was polite but very unprofessional in the no showing without a call or any notice or even responding to my last text message asking if they'd still be coming 2 hours after the scheduled appointment. This was a cleaning I was hoping to have done by a specific date and their no shows ruined that plan. Don't even let them waste your time.

There's a lot I could write about the disappointing experience I had with this company. Let me begin with the shoddy job they did though since you're probably wondering about the cleaning services, since after all they are a cleaning company.. The job they did was mediocre at best. They assured us that since they are a small company, they would care more about the job.. etc. The quote they gave us included ALL SURFACES to be cleaned. So tell me why I ended up on my hands and knees scrubbing surfaces AFTER they had come? .... One superior walked into the restaurant and made a rude remark about how the place was "really messed up" but I mean.. we hired a company to clean, so why would you expect the venue to be ALREADY clean? Mind you, its an extremely small 500 sqft area we hired them to clean.. We had mentioned during their time here about the things we felt were subpar to which we received an extremely rude attitude from the employees. "Happy now?" was exactly the response. They "price matched" other companies' quotes to us. Then later while on the job, management complained about how little money they were making off this job. Ok.. then why did you take it? Lastly, they were supposed to seal our newly painting flooring. I told them I'd feel better if we had the floor swept so that no debris would get stuck underneath the sealant. They assured me it would be fine and that wouldn't happen since the debris would get stuck to the mop instead of the floor while they applied the liquid. Well.. here's a picture of just one area here right by me where I am typing this review.

Potential buyers would look closely so I had to be sure the big and little stuff looked good. I took the chance with Emely Cleaning Service despite having only one reference that called back. I decided against another company who had cleaned the home we just moved into. They did an excellent job but quoted for the house I am selling at three times the Emely quote. The risk paid off. They did a great job. Magdalena showed great pride in her work; her assistants clearly enjoyed working on her crew and also took pride in their work. All were with the company for many years. Their attitude and work ethic is what was behind their performance.

First off, I told them to please clean my patio area and they refused! Mentioning that it wasn't in their job description!! Second, they refuse to take of their shoes in my home! Which then I gave them booties to wear. Once they made way into my living room, I told them to help fold laundry as I have already done them and I only needed help with fold. Again, they said it 'not part of their job' with some attitude. At this point, I basically asked them "So what do you guys do?" One maid Mariza responded saying: " We clean surfaces without moving any items" The other maid Rosa demanded we show her the rooms. As she walks into the master bathroom, she started spraying Multi surface bleach cleaner ferociously onto my natural stone bathroom tiles.. ANYONE with common sense (especially professional cleaners) would know that you should NEVER use such harsh chemicals on natural stones. The bleach etched and burned the surface of my natural stone bath tiles!!!! I mean SERIOUSLY?!? & it's not like I can even ask them to compensate for our loses. Also, our toothbrushes were completely covered in the chemical she sprayed. She didn't even CARE at all. I mean, who does that??!? Not to even mention, Rosa gave us so much attitude when we ask her to put on her face covering! & to see her remove the booties we had provided her to wear walking in our master carpet floor! SO DISRESPECTFUL. I had to clean and disinfect my home all over again after they maids left. 30 minutes in, I basically ask them to leave my home as I felt so uncomfortable, so disrespected and so unhygienic! DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICE. I never usually bother writing reviews but this time, I HAD to make sure that if they decide to run a service base, cleaning company, please train your staff with the right knowledge and also please hire someone who knows how to be respectful of others.

Ricardo took $25 off my bill which was fine. The third time I used them, they didn't even show up, no phone call or email. I called and informed Ricardo and he said he would call me back. Which he did and said the two women who were scheduled to clean my home were at magic mountain because it was one of their birthdays (I do believe in honesty but let's keep it professional. It would of been better if you said they decided not to report to work due to personal reasons). I should of learned my lesson then but I didn't. I used them one last time on Dec. 28th and only one maid showed up (usually two show up unless they changed their policy). I explicitly told her and wrote it down, please focus on my floors and window sills (house was already cleaned, I wanted my kitchen and bathroom floors deep cleaned). Unfortunately, they were not. Christmas tree needles were still visible on the floor. I sent a picture of floors to Ricardo and the response was just the bill (no discount). He ignored my email of complaint after HE ASKED how was Rosa's performance. I will definitely not use them again. There are more maid services in the South Bay with better service and cleaning. Especially if you only had to focus on two things.

I know this bc I have a nanny who greeted the first maid and I have nanny cams on which I saw and noted the time when the second maid arrived. 1 maid cleaned for 1.5hrs. The second for 1 hr. Total of 2.5 hrs at $25/hr = $62.50. The first invoice they sent me: $100 (2.5/hr per maid + $25 discount for no show the prior day). I called to state that neither maid worked 2.5 hrs. The woman said she would talk to the maids and get back to me. Crickets. After a week, I had to email to ask what was going on. I don't like things hanging over my head. I got a response from Richard w a new invoice of $75. After telling him that I didn't owe that bc I have the exact times of when the maids were there, he wrote me this: "I understand your frustration, after applying a $25 discount, it is not possible to lower the rates more as the billing for the invoice would not be enough to pay the maids for the times worked. The cost of your first cleaning was $150. It is not possible to charge you less than 50% of the value of the cleaning. I can assure you that we try to make it as fair as possible for both the clients and our maids." WHAT KIND OF RIDICULOUS AMATEUR RESPONSE IS THIS?? The maids didn't work 5 hours! AND I HAVE PROOF! Do you get paid for not working? If the company has to take a loss, then they take the loss! Not bill the client!!! Hire maids that show up, are on time, and I will pay them. If you hire maids who do not work nor show up on time, that's on YOU! They state a 200% guarantee on their website. Clearly, that is a lie. Absolutely terrible business practice counting on you not knowing the times of the workers. --------------------------- They did a"move in" clean on our new house. The cleaning was adequate. Two ladies took appropriately 2 hours. I wish they had paid attention to detail, like inside the closet and above the window sill, but with the construction dust and vacant house cobweb situation, they did the surface job we needed them to do. Customer service was good--friendly and accommodating!
