Cute little bookstore. Reminds me of small Town independent book store. Lots of good condition used books as well as new. Organized, clean, helpful staff. More importantly at the start of another School Year they have school reading list books for your kids. Has lots of gifts/knick knacks. Great for the bibliophile. Has book clubs, story time for the little ones, you can exchange your books for store credit (do read the rules), author reading events & I heard you can rent the bookstore space out on Friday nights for your group or even as a date night idea. How cool!!! Located beside the Michael's in the Kohls Sprouts Home Goods complex at Peachtree Parkway & McGinnis Ferry road. Support your local small business

This place is AWESOME!! ( " 0") Like WOW!! They take used books and you can get a discount for used books in the store! They also have LGBTQ section in front. They also had a banned book (and I bought it)! Certainly coming back!! As a bonus, there were Girl Scouts selling cookies outside! What a great combo: books and cookies! Also for the couples and groups, you can rent out this bookstore on their website on Fridays starting at $50! Isn't that cool?! If a couple, you get the whole place to yourself, scavenger hunt, bottle of wine I believe, and something else I think. Either way, that's cool coming back soon!

I'm pretty sure this is the only local bookstore in the area and it's definitively worth checking out if you like to read. Everyone who works here is super sweet and more than happy to help out. Books are nicely organized by genre and age group. They have a combination of new books and used books, which are marked cheaper. You can donate your books for store credit. With COVID-19, they have precautions set for book donation. You need to go on their website and make an appointment if you want to donate books. Great how they're taking extra measures! Overall, the bookstore is cute, clean, and well organized with a great staff!

I thought this idea was AWESOME

The store basically has paperback books. There are hardcovers, but 10 to 1 paperback. Staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful.

I love coming here, I always leave with at least 1 book! There are so many great finds with their used books, and you can't beat the prices!

Great, little independent bookstore. Will put your wishlist together and call as items become available.

It is difficult to find a great local bookstore, but Johns Creek has one, and it meets all expectations.

The staff were friendly and helpful when looking for a specific item. Their cafe, located on the upper level floor, offers a variety of drinks and food items. Books can be expensive, but it's possible to find a good book for $7. I recommend shopping online and ordering pick-up to save time and money.

I stopped by Barnes & Noble recently looking to find books written by or about American war heroes…read more-- real stories of courage, sacrifice, and patriotism. To my disappointment, there was barely a trace. No section dedicated to military history from a personal, boots-on-the-ground perspective, and very few titles focused on the men and women who've actually defended this country. Meanwhile, there were entire tables and shelves devoted to identity politics -- including sections focused entirely on LGBTQ+ themes and narratives about racism, particularly centered on white guilt or privilege. I'm not saying those stories don't deserve space, but the complete lack of balance is frustrating. Our veterans and fallen heroes deserve to be remembered, read about, and celebrated. They shouldn't be buried behind bestsellers that push one side of the story while ignoring the people who made it possible for us to live freely and have these conversations in the first place. I expected more from a national bookstore. At the very least, give us a section that honors real American courage.

They also sell beautifully made gifts for those who maybe looking for a birthday gift for someone they don't know very well. When I came in I was greeted by a very nice woman who said hello and bowed to me. The store itself is pretty decent size and extremely organized. Although I didn't make a purchase this time I wouldn't mind coming in again next time I'm in the area. 1334th review 4/27/2018 254th for 2018
