If this wasn't bad enough, they also have charged me for additional Sewage and Garbage bills, which were not discussed as being separate from the Water and Sewage charges I was already getting. My recommendation is to find a different rental company that has full transparency!

The house we bought went on the market and we got a showing within the hour. Addyson didn't hesitate to book us and got us in right away. We knew this is the one and Addyson started the paperwork that night and we were able to submit the offer the next day. Our offer was accepted and Addyson guided us along the way of what we needed to do. She was on the ball with everything! I dealt with a few other realtors before I found Addyson and wasn't impressed. But at close it became a series or errors that someone collecting a $14,000 payday should have prevented. As close approached Adam disappeared, placed the work on us, failed to proofread documents, missed a $4000 error in our favor, did not provide critical documents until last minute resulting in 4 days of lost work on our end. To top it off, his failure to assure a sewer certificate resulted in last minute stress and expense. I would not recommend his services or those of Coldwell Banker Prestige Reality unless they resolve their issues.

This guy used 20% adjustment on comps... Call around to local realtors and ask for a reference!! This guy is on the " do not call" list for most.
