While doing the inspection the appraiser handed my wife the camera and told her to go and take pictures for him of certain sections of the house. After the appraisal was complete the appraiser left and was observed via ring doorbell at the bottom of my steps repeatedly saying "f#ck".

I talked to several other realtor company and told me I was screwed bythem big time. They should not even be in business. They were not even people person. I had another appraisal done with another it came back double what they quoted. If you are in need of an appraisal STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!! They will rob you of your $$$$$
