I had 3 appraisals done and he was 10K LESS than the other two appraisals on an 80K house!! First appraiser used 5% adjustment on comps. Second appraiser used 8% adjustment on comps. This guy used 20% adjustment on comps... Call around to local realtors and ask for a reference!! This guy is on the " do not call" list for most.
