The properties were still listed on their website as of today and had the for rent signs on the lawns. 2 weeks later both properties are now supposedly rented, yet signs still up and still being listed on their website. We Moved to PA from MA after an electrical fire completely destroyed my children's and I home and everything we've ever owned. The lack of response/communication from this company is infuriating, especially when I have the money to pay 3mths in advance, references and anything else they would need. My youngest daughter starts school in less than a week and now might have to change her school yet again. This company asks for all these "non refundable" application fees but can't be bothered to even give a call back.

When I started getting billed for water, I called Speicher and they informed me that they had not agreed to that, and I was responsible for all utilities. If this wasn't bad enough, they also have charged me for additional Sewage and Garbage bills, which were not discussed as being separate from the Water and Sewage charges I was already getting. The house we bought went on the market and we got a showing within the hour. Addyson didn't hesitate to book us and got us in right away. We knew this is the one and Addyson started the paperwork that night and we were able to submit the offer the next day. Our offer was accepted and Addyson guided us along the way of what we needed to do. She was on the ball with everything! I dealt with a few other realtors before I found Addyson and wasn't impressed. We engaged this Realtor to sale our Johnstown home. We were not happy with his service during the…read moresale. But at close it became a series or errors that someone collecting a $14,000 payday should have prevented. As close approached Adam disappeared, placed the work on us, failed to proofread documents, missed a $4000 error in our favor, did not provide critical documents until last minute resulting in 4 days of lost work on our end. To top it off, his failure to assure a sewer certificate resulted in last minute stress and expense. I would not recommend his services or those of Coldwell Banker Prestige Reality unless they resolve their issues.
