Had…read morethe misfortune of dealing with Penny and Warren, we had to submit an application fee for everyone that was moving in on a single application ($138 but we're told upon approval it would go towards move in costs if denied it would be refunded). I understand rental fees and application fees and have no problem with them but this seemed real high. After about a week of waiting and trying to get ahold of them to see that status without a call back we finally get ahold of Penny who tells us we were approved, but after another week of trying to contact them everyday without a call back to see what we have to do for the next step we finally got a hold of Penny, who was very rude to my wife, tell us that they went with someone else and we won't be getting a refund and hung up on her. I called back to figure out what was going on and she refused to talk to me, she is unbelievably unprofessional and a truly nasty woman, I can't even begin to understand how anyone would put such a disgusting human in customer service. She instantly transfered me to Warren who is equally unprofessional. He told us that we were just "conditionally approved" and that they keep approving applicants and decide later who they want so that they can keep everyone's application fees. They then refuse to issue refunds to anyone since everyone was "approved". I honestly can't figure out how this is legal and I would be surprised if it is. Warren kept hanging up on me when I was asking him why no one called us or would return a phone call, after I told him to act like a man and talk to me he tried to tell me there are other properties he could show us, I'm assuming to get more fraudulent application money. He doesn't have an ounce of integrity, either does Penny. I would avoid doing business with these people at all costs they are scammers. Read the other reviews it seems like both renters and landlords have issues with their lack of integrity. They should be investigated at the very least Penny and Warren should, I imagine everyone at that company is dirty if they allow those two to become managment though.

The owner Frank and his manager Lindsey have been great at communicating with me on everything going on! The front office woman Penny helped me get all my properties set up in the system and made it very simple for me, Warren helped me list the vacant properties, priced them right and had tenants in there in less than 2 weeks. They are exceptional. They are passionate about what they do and aren't "corporate" if you are in the market for a new management company, just contact them yourself, and you will see how down to earth, and easy to work with they are. 100% recommend
