The deposit should have covered many of these expenses however Kandie never returned it to us, she charged us with ridiculous fees several months later such as "inspections, legal fees and bids" of over $800. It's been over a year since the tenant moved out and we still have not received the balance of the deposit. We are out several thousands of dollars and trusted the manager, Kandie and our tenant.
