This included working through the winter holiday period when she was otherwise on vacation! The only issue I had with her was a communication lapse regarding the timing of the home inspection, but she responded very well to feedback and was able to work with us to move forward. I therefore count that as something positive because you can't ever expect perfection from a person or situation, but it is very important to work with someone who can adjust to feedback, rectify the situation and move forward, and that's exactly who Kelly is. I'm sure repairs must go thru landlords and West End has to take the heat.
