You will see Country Home Real Estate signs all over since it takes her months to rent out a property. Try calling up and asking her a question about a property and see how "polite" she is. She acts as if you are annoying her with your questions. Since asking around I have heard story after story of her not addressing tenants concerns. Then she blames it on the landlord who she never relays the information. I guess its hard to do your job when your spending so much time posting your crafts on Facebook. Look for yourself, Country Home Real Estate has 100% negative reviews. Cheryl has to erase her Facebook business page and create a new one every year so her page is not filled with negative reviews.

When we…read morecalled to request information on one of the properties they represented, we spoke to a woman named Cheryl. Cheryl had an offensive demeanor from the start and a laxidasial approach to helping us With our inquiries and questions. It was as if we were bothering her or had been an imposition in her scheduled day. In the following days our future messages were never returned nor were we ever called back in regards to the property. It was so very frustrating. Shortly thereafter we had learned that this property was owned by an acquaintance of ours and got a hold of him to tell him of our interest in the place and how ironic it was that the property we were interested in just so happened to be his. We had told him we were looking forward to turning in our application. When we finally got a hold of Cheryl, we told her we were ready to turn in our paper work and that we knew the owner;well that was it!!!! She yelled at us "Why are you talking to HIM"? As if we werent allowed and proceeded to tell us that there was someone else interested in it who had perfect credit anyhow so we need'nt bother with it. Why she brought that up about their credit we'll never know as she knew nothing about ours never having allowed our application to be processed. We began to look for other rentals, found one and also bumped into our friend who owned the other place. He asked us what ever happened and why we never applied for his place. So we told him the story and called Cheryl back to make her aware that we knew the place was still available and how detrimental that was to do to our friend. We told her how he could have rented this place by now and could have had tenants in it that he knew and trusted and could be making some money from it by now. She screamed at us and called my fiance an "asshole" and hung up on him. Boy, it's amazing businesses like this hold up any credence or keep a commendable reputation. This lady is nasty and disrespectful. I have been in customer service for many years and I always was taught to treat a customer with the upmost respect and dignity in every situation. We think this woman needs to take some courses in etiquette and how to handle customers with class, finesse and respect. We urge everyone out there looking to rent or buy a property not to deal with this company if they can have an employee like this representing their company....it will only let you down.
