Once everything was finalized, they worked hard to put in an offer. I really wanted a condo for my first property that would have a high resale value or that could potentially become a rental property. She managed to find several options in safe neighborhoods with great school districts. For this particular condo, there were 2 other offers (one being a cash offer).
