I have lived here for a little bit over a year. I started out in a one bedroom apartment, which for the space, was very reasonably priced. I have now transferred to a townhome, which with the service you get here is also reasonably priced for partners with a shared income. I think when people say that it's overpriced, they are forgetting about all the conveniences you pay for here - pool, gym, maintenance staff, landscaping, snow removal, trash removal, clubhouse access, gift wrapping station, car wash area equipped with vacuum and hose, etc.... I'm not sure if I listed it all, but these are all things that cost you money outside of your rent typically. The service from the staff here is absolutely exceptional and they really are some of the kindest people I have met. Any questions I have had throughout my time here have been answered expeditiously and they always offer solutions if I have a problem. The maintenance staff is also excellent. Pretty much every service request I have submitted has been handled same day or next business day. They will even change your lightbulbs for you! During the winter, I never have to break my back shoveling, as all the walkways are done by the staff and they are continuously plowing the parking area of the community. The only shoveling is to get my car out of the lot. If you are an animal lover, this is definitely the place for you. They even have their own dog park on site, which my pup absolutely loves. The negative review on here about the poo prints program is interesting to me. I own a dog and clean up her mess, and have never been charged for someone else's dog poo. In fact, it's scientifically impossible since your dog is swabbed for a DNA sample. I love the poo prints program because it keeps dog owners responsible and the properly clean so we aren't stepping in dog excrement when enjoying the outdoors. All in all, this is really an exceptional community to live in for all types, from a single bachelor, to a large family. read more

Highly recommend Orchard Ridge Apts in East Coventry Township, Pottstown . The apt. staff is superb when it comes to friendliness, explaining things, keeping up with requests , always being available and willing to respond, going over and beyond to make this development an excellent community ( like family ). They all get along and their cohesiveness and team work spills over into this community. People come together, help one another , it's very pet friendly ( even though I don't have a pet ..it's really well managed here ) the grounds are always emaculate and it's full of things to do here if you want to take advantage . Maintenance is a stellar crew of the most kind, polite, helpful, hard working, accommodating , knowledgeable crew of men I have ever seen . And when you call , you get immediate same day responses . They are like Johnny on the spot ..I kid you not ! And they are NEVER IDOL . Cant say enough good about this development . I've been here a little over a year and the staff here is NOTHING SHORT OF JUST EXCEPTIONAL . Love them all and couldn't be happier . Once you have been here, you will never want to leave or EVER go anywhere else to live . Orchard Ridge Apartments is an excellent community to live in. The staff is friendly and nice. The apartment is really great. I have no regrets about living here so far. I was skeptical at first about the pricing compared to some other nearby options, but it is worth it. The money and frustration saved by not having to deal with a slumlord is something to consider when looking at the rates. A slumlord might keep your large security deposit and you can be stuck paying for repairs and maintaining the property yourself. While on the other hand, our dryer stopped working and someone was over within a few hours to fix it at no cost to us. There was a huge snowstorm today and the sidewalks and parking lots are all clear. They're doing a great job as always. It's definitely worth it. read more

My husband and i moved into Orchard Ridge in February, 2019. We love it here. Everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. From the office staff to the maintenance crew, we have no complaints whatsoever. I'm disabled and need extra help from time to time and they don't hesitate to jump in and help if they see i need it. There are lots of events to get involved in and we have a great community room, pool, exercise room and even a gift wrapping room. The complex is very well kept and beautiful year around. We love to sit outside, say hey to the neighbors and pet the dogs as they pass by on their way to the dog park. We highly recommend Orchard Ridge and look forward to living here in the years to come. read more

We sold our house quickly and had to find a place to live. We came to Orchard Ridge and it was beautiful but we never lived in an apartment. We decided we could put up with apartment living for a year while we looked for a house. That was 2 1/2 years ago and we are not going anywhere! The staff is incredible - office and maintenance. On the rare occasion when we need someone they are there within the hour! They have complimentary events throughout the year - from the pool party, to bingo, to the book club, to the chili contest, to taco night and even decorating veterans doors - couldn't imagine any place better. We love living at Orchard Ridge! The apartments are great, the grounds are clean, and the staff is very helpful! The maintenance crew are quick to respond to any issues in the apartment. The community has great events (pool BBQ's, food trucks, all sorts of contests, I can go on forever.) Orchard Ridge is always adding new amenities that are included in your rent (pool, gas fire pit, free carwash, gym, and much more.) They are pet friendly and have a dog park! They do Dog DNA so if people do not pick up after their dogs, they get a fine. This is so neat and necessary! So glad we chose this as our home! read more

This place is amazing. I have lived here for almost a year and it is by far the best apartment community I have been to. The office staff is so friendly and very welcoming. I love all the community events they have as well. Maintenance is very efficient and any problem I ever had was taken care of almost instantly. This place is also pet friendly, and the grounds are kept very clean. It's nice to live somewhere that has quiet surroundings. The price for a 2 bedroom apartment is extremely reasonable and very spacious! I would recommend this community to friends and family. read more

Me and my girlfriend, along with our dog, have lived here for almost a year. We have had no complaints. Orchard Ridge is the best apartment complex in Pottstown. My husband and I moved here in December 2017 and we love it. Kathryn, Jenny & Erick are AMAZING! and the maintenance staff are very friendly and reliable the neighborhood is very quiet and clean and the grounds are beautiful. We opted for the renovated unit which is gorgeous everything is New and updated. We plan to be here until we purchase a new home in a few years, If you are looking for a new home you need to come to Paradise in Pottstown. read more

One of the best apartment community I've lived in. The staff are absolutely amazing. The staff keep you updated on what's going on in the community.
