You are minutes away from fine dinning and the area is super dog friendly! The whole community is super cozy, and The George is tucked away from the commotion from the plaza during the work week, so it's pretty quite. So if you're planning on moving out of the city and need some fresh air, I would definitely consider this spot to live.

Do not live here. While the building itself is decent, there are several ongoing issues that make…read moreliving here extremely frustrating. The elevator is frequently out of service, which is a major inconvenience--especially for residents on upper floors. The keypads on the exterior doors are also unreliable, and on multiple occasions, I or other residents have been locked out of the building due to malfunctioning systems. Management is difficult to get in touch with, and communication is inconsistent at best. One of the most frustrating aspects of living here has been the lack of transparency around fees, especially during lease renewals. Charges are not always clearly broken down in the resident portal, and trying to get clarification often leads to unhelpful or dismissive responses. There are definitely better-managed and more reliable options in the area.

I'm posting this review after spending a few days looking at apartments in the Malvern, PA area. My…read moregoal was to find a moderately priced apartment in a safe area, *and* it had to offer garage space. I was able to rent a studio with a private entrance, and an enclosed garage (for my motorcycle), and a reserved parking spot (for my car) for just a tiny bit over my budget, which in hindsight was lower than I should have set it. :) This property has an online portal where you can set up automatic payments, using debit or credit cards (the later with a small fee). It is an extremely well kept property, and their staff are charming and articulate.

I phoned Hanover Valley Forge to get some information and reached Imani. She was helpful, informative, cheerful and very professional. I visited the community and Imani continued to share this beautiful complex with me. She showed me multiple apartments always smiling, helpful and a wealth of information. I ended up signing the lease. Over the next few days I returned to visit the apartment again. Every employee I dealt with was gracious, warm, friendly and so very helpful and accommodating. Imani even met me after hours to pass off a document. I look forward to living here. The facilities are amazing - classy and beautiful in a contemporary and up to date design.
