When touring homes, I always felt like he was looking at the big picture as to how I would fit in the home while pointing out things I'd never even thought of. After my offer was accepted Dave did a great job of making sure I was completing what I needed to when I needed to. I would recommend him to anyone I know looking for a real estate agent.

He pushed us to consider things we would not have done on our own. When he started to learn what we wanted, he would cut out viewings that did not fit our mold. This saved us a lot of time in our search. He knows the Boston Metro area very well and was always able to answer our questions as a homeowner himself in several different towns at one point or another. He and his team went out of their way to make us feel comfortable in every step in the process. When we finally found our new home, Dave helped us through paperwork and even accompanied us at the Deeds Registry. He is great at his job, he is very dedicated to his clients and loves doing it. I could not recommend anyone more.

She was trustworthy, responsive to all questions and concerns, kind, professional, friendly, and went above and beyond. When we encountered potential problems--funky wall texture, older appliances--Caitlin had suggestions and workable solutions. Her eye for detail was exceptionally appreciated, down to updating light switch plates (replacing ones that were 50+ years old!) The marketing was great; fabulous photos, 3D and virtual tours, an engaging write up of house. From the beginning, Caitlin made the process as stress-free as possible. She gave us tips to make the house more marketable and continued to outdo herself. We had a topnotch experience from start to finish. With Caitlin's guidance, we sold the house within days.

We did not have an actual Realtor because we could not seem to find one that could or would consistently help us find a home. Patrick was the first to really listen to us. Find out exactly what kind of house we were looking for and where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched our criteria, made sure we knew about it immediately. We had to search Zillow and then ask previous Realtors we' d had if they could show us a home and then hope they could find the time. Patrick always made the time. If it wasn't exactly when we asked it was within a half an hour and he either picked us up for a viewing or was already at the home and waiting for us with answers to any questions I might have about it. If he did not know the answer, he found it, then and there. Mr Corbett is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. We were very picky when it came to finding our home. It took 6 months with numerous showings. Patrick worked hard for us and never gave up even when we almost did. We are happy to say we are in our first home now, thanks to Patrick's efforts and are very grateful. We love our new home. We would recommend Patrick Corbett to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, the client, gets exactly the home you are looking for rather than quickly trying to "sell" you for a commission and move on and will work hard to make sure that you not only find a house, but your home.
