The entire house hunting, offering, and closing process was very easy and relatively stress-free. Her years as a realtor (and even more years as an active community member) put her in a strong position to connect people with real estate. We were particularly impressed with how Cheri handled a difficult closing. We had asked for professional cleaning as part of our offer and the seller declined. Her agent promised Cheri that she would personally make sure that the condo would be clean on inspection/closing day. Quite the opposite happened... the condo was filthy! The seller had 4 cats and it was quite obvious that little time had been spent cleaning. There were streaks on the laminate floor so we could see the seller had attempted something, but that something was not a clean property. Cheri went to bat for us with the seller's agent and held her ground on what had been promised to us by the agent, even going so far as to wait at the property while we went to closing so she could meet the seller's agent at the condo and show her. The other agent was quite put out with our standards and made no attempts to apologize or remedy the broken promise. Though Cheri warned us that the closing could be contentious, she maintained a professional demeanor that set the tone for our closing. If not for Cheri and her team, there is no doubt we would have been frazzled and flustered. They never wavered on supporting us and being in our court. He made an appointment and showed me the property that same day. My first impression was that he was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions readily. I realized over time that because of all his additional attributes (Professional, always responsive, and very patient), he was the perfect realtor. It had been over 30 years since my husband, and I had previously scoured the cities in search of that one perfect realtor to help us find the house that was perfect for us at that time. Zac Bidelman patiently spent at least two years showing me various properties. He quickly fine-tuned the amenities that I was in search of until it basically came down to 3 or 4 properties. Also his organization skills and attention to detail were exceptional and something we look for in our real estate professional. He also provided a game plan (professional photos, stager, pre-inspection, etc.) for selling our home and getting the best price. We were lucky enough to sell our house before it went on the market, even without the photos or stager but this is also where Paul excels in his field. He has contacts with his silent seller program and brought us a perspective buyer who bought our home on the spot. I have had a Sale of Resort Weeks in process since Oct 2019. This Sale was put together by a…read morecompany called WorId Management & Promotion and the escrow was handled by Cyrstal Title. Both of these companies are supposedly in Minnesota. I now believe this whole transaction has been an elaborate SCAM coordinated by both these companies. I have put a very large amount of money into an Escrow Account (supposedly). Their paperwork trail is spotless; contracts, certified mexican govt documents, wire transfer paperwork from Santander Bank and the Bank Of Mexico but the money never shows up. Their organization appears to be legitimate and back in Oct 2019 I didn't not find anything online that led me to believe they were SCAMMERS. When you call a front desk person forwards your call to an appropriate department. I have talked to several people in both the organizations trying to get this deal closed. The odd thing is you talk with someone for a while and then all of a sudden someone different is handling your concerns. I made approximately 8 wire transfers trying to satisfy their next requirement in order to get my money released. Never happened. If anyone out there knows anything about these companies or has any ideas how to get money out of them, please contact me.
