He made an appointment and showed me the property that same day. My first impression was that he was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions readily. I realized over time that because of all his additional attributes (Professional, always responsive, and very patient), he was the perfect realtor. It had been over 30 years since my husband, and I had previously scoured the cities in search of that one perfect realtor to help us find the house that was perfect for us at that time. Zac Bidelman patiently spent at least two years showing me various properties. He quickly fine-tuned the amenities that I was in search of until it basically came down to 3 or 4 properties. Once the perfect location came on the market, he helped me create an offer that he presented immediately. I have had a Sale of Resort Weeks in process since Oct 2019. This Sale was put together by a…read morecompany called WorId Management & Promotion and the escrow was handled by Cyrstal Title. Both of these companies are supposedly in Minnesota. I now believe this whole transaction has been an elaborate SCAM coordinated by both these companies. I have put a very large amount of money into an Escrow Account (supposedly). Their paperwork trail is spotless; contracts, certified mexican govt documents, wire transfer paperwork from Santander Bank and the Bank Of Mexico but the money never shows up. Their organization appears to be legitimate and back in Oct 2019 I didn't not find anything online that led me to believe they were SCAMMERS. When you call a front desk person forwards your call to an appropriate department. I have talked to several people in both the organizations trying to get this deal closed. The odd thing is you talk with someone for a while and then all of a sudden someone different is handling your concerns. I made approximately 8 wire transfers trying to satisfy their next requirement in order to get my money released. Never happened. If anyone out there knows anything about these companies or has any ideas how to get money out of them, please contact me.
