We knew we were a challenging client to take on, as we had tons of tasks ahead in order to be ready to sell, but Billy didn't flinch and took us on full steam ahead. We not only had months of clean out of 30 years of accumulated stuff, but we had a lot of renovation and repairs needing to be done to ensure we got the most money we could from the sale.
