He listened to what we wanted in a home and didn't try to push is into a sale we didn't feel comfortable with. I cannot recommend Corbyn or the Odd Couple team enough!

Buying something as expensive and important as a house virtually seemed nuts. But as the new year began we started getting the urge to just take a look. Who knew that within just a few weeks we would have an accepted offer? There is no one else we would have felt comfortable buying remotely with. And the only reason we changed from just looking to seriously buying was because we came to trust and rely on Billy's opinions. He is not just a savvy and knowledgeable realtor, he is truly a sincere and nice guy. He would warn us that even if we lose out on a house, in the end it always works out (and SPOILER ALERT he's right). But he still commiserated with us when we were outbid and he really went above and beyond when we were searching for the right home. And he really does want to find you the right home. He will be honest with you about any negatives he sees and he will steer you away from any bad decisions. Sometimes we were so keen to just get a house that we were willing to settle or make hasty decisions. But Billy makes sure that whatever house you get is a great house and whatever you do is sound and smart. And I'm so glad that he was there with us helping make all our decisions. He would give us daily updates of his endeavors going door to door and networking with other agents. In the end it was a note of his he left on the door of a house that was off the market that did the trick. We were able to buy a house that was miles better than any of the other houses we put offers on with basically no other competition. In the crazy housing market right now you need someone like Billy who is willing to go the extra mile. He was always trying innovative techniques to help us stand out amongst other buyers and that's exactly what it takes these days. He's continued to be invaluable after closing. He was great to bounce ideas around with about updating the house after moving in and he and Heather have been great with recommendations. He is always super responsive and I'm so glad I can still rely on him even after we've closed.

Kevin is knowledgeable and persistent and it showed by his work. He crawled under houses and went up in attics to really check out the property. This was critical to me as a first-time home buyer, without his knowledge and experience I would have likely been bamboozled into purchasing a house with lots of flaws I or a standard realtor would not find. To pair with his experience and dedication Kevin and his team understood exactly what I was looking for and were able to find an amazing option for me that checked all my boxes within my price range. They went out of their way to understand what I wanted and made it a reality. After I had an offer on a house his team was able to connect me with a lender, title company, and home inspector. Kevin even managed to secure me a new coffee table and side table for my living room, for free! Ultimately, I believe the most important trait about Kevin is I could trust him. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase and he was comfortable with my pace. Kevin was able to explain in layman's terms to me what he was looking at and was able to steer me away from properties that would not have been a good fit for me. By the end of my time working with Kevin, he had become a friend to me. Because of this, I will be using him again when the time comes!

We didn't have a ton of money to spend and I know that means not a lot of pay from a realtor stand point. Who would want to work with us? Well Erica was the perfect match! She offered no stress showings. Not once did I feel like I HAD to purchase a home and not once did I feel like I was being pushed to spend more money than I wanted. She was flexible with when she would allow us to look at home and when she was able to answer questions. I feel like even though we were looking at small prices homes we got a large price realtor. We ended up being able to look at a couple of homes one day as a sort of pre market option (the market in the twin cities is really going crazy right now and homes are selling fast). Of these two homes we were the only ones to view them and they were both amazing. It went from having no options to having to choose between two very quickly. We purchased one of those homes and are loving every minute of it. Highly recommend Erica!

Excellent advice and guidance through selling process. Tim is an excellent realtor and made the…read morehouse selling process as straightforward and successful as possible. He helped us buy and sell, but this review is focused on the sale of our house. This was our first time selling a house, and we were dreading the process, especially the preparations and the evaluation of (hopefully) multiple offers. Once we started the sale process, Tim walked us through all the what-if scenarios of the entire process, including prep, pre-inspection, listing, and talking through the key details that we'd look for in each offer. He suggested that we do a pre-inspection of the house, which initially seemed odd, but after discussing it a bit we thought it was a good idea. And it turns out it was a great idea, as it really enabled buyers to have confidence in the quality and lack-of-surprises in the home, enabling them to write higher offers and/or waive their inspection period. Our house received multiple offers above list price, including some with waived inspections, and we believe that was due to Tim's great suggestion to do a pre-inspection. Overall we had a good time working with Tim, he was very professional and is a reliable communicator.

Detail Oriented and Long Term Mindset…read more Tim is the most wonderful realtor to work with. He is trustworthy, has expertise, and was looking out for us throughout the process!!! My partner and I are first time homebuyers, and were also living out of state and across the country when we first contacted Tim. We chose him because he was very good with technology that allowed us to look while not physically present. Tim continued to impress with his virtual home review videos and his expert eye to see the costly flaws in a house. He was always available and eager to help! He also helped us through complex circumstances of home buying. There were a few external mishaps and Tim helped us pivot and come up with a strategy for next steps. We extended multiple offers and he made sure we weren't overpaying for anything through back and forth bartering. Some sellers didn't want to work with us or convey the full details of the house and he cut through the unwritten rules of real estate and held other realtors accountable. Tim was very knowledgeable from a contracting perspective too. He had estimated costs for repairs and a great eye to spot flaws in any house. He has a contact list for every repair under the sun and was able to get quotes quickly during the inspection period. Which saved us after a house came back with a terrible inspection! Our home buying process was complex since we initially wanted an investment property then transitioned to making it a primary residence. Tim was very patient with us. I never felt pressure to buy a house I didn't like, or extend an offer higher than I felt comfortable with. He was on our side for the 10 months we spent looking. He also responded very quickly and we were able to extend offers on a quick turnaround which is very important. We got a house we love and we will continue to use Tim for EVERYTHING real estate related!!!
