    Mr. Mark Gettinger helped me in finding a great deal in Minnesota (I am living in the West Coast)…read more He also explained me in detail about the required process and paper work and prepared an offer that helped in competing with other multiple buyers and getting a right price for my new condo purchase. In addition, he communicated with the condo association and provided all required documents for set up the HOA payments on time. Moreover, he suggested to do the Mobile closing ( the notary came to my home for signing the closing paper in the closing date) which saved my time and $$$ money because I did not need to fly to Minnesota just for the closing. Mr.Mark Gettinger has provided an outstanding customer service. He commutated with my Closing company and Lender directly when I needed the information's clarification ( especially, the specific legal terminology). Furthermore, all the paper work and earning money sending were done electronically-it was so easy and accurate as well as saving a lot of my time and energy in this busy life. In Sum, the closing was done on time, and my Lender told me that they were impressed how Mr. Mark Gettinger was able to manage very professionally the condo purchase ( which is required more knowledge and documentation than purchasing a single home) and also for a Buyer who is living in the different state. I am recommending Mr. Mark Gettinger as a trustful, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional Real Estate Agent.

    If you are an owner looking for a management company - I urge you to look elsewhere…read more Mauzy properties is very sneaky. We used them to manage our property of our home while we lived out of state. I am so unhappy with the whole four years. I cannot name one thing that happened to help. They told us they would do 6 month inspections - this happened twice over the 4 years. Upon move out, they do an inspection. We asked to join the inspection and were told that no, they don't do that. We then had to ask when they put the request in and wait in our car to see the inspector enter our home to join the inspection. The tenants completely ruined our walls and upstairs carpet, along with our cabinets and wood trim. Mauzy said their management ended on the lease end and they no longer have any work with us. We are stuck with collecting our own monies form the previous tenant to repair what they destroyed. Of course, Mauzy offered to help but that would cost us 50% commission for that work (with no guarantee for resolution). The tenants requested an early termination of their lease. We agreed to this, however, we were never given the "two months payment" for ending a lease early. During the lease, the tenants paid late. Mauzy then charged them a late fee of 250 dollars. Not only did this late fee not come to us, when the tenants paid the rent - Mauzy took out their 250 from our rent and left us with what was left over. This happened four times Please - do NOT use Mauzy for your property management need.

    Keller Properties is terribly unresponsive to homeowners needs. They always have excuses and…read moresugarcoat problems that you report to them that need fixing. The subcontractors they hire to maintain lawns and common grounds areas are worse than bad. They have had a way over the past 20 years of manipulating our homeowners board of directors to get away with terrible service, and just say things like, "well you know it's difficult to grow grass in your townhouse area." When you want to talk to the HOA board of directors, you must first contact Keller, and they filter the information that goes to the board. If you have a complaint about Keller, you have to send Keller an e-mail first before it goes to the board. When I asked for contact information for the HOA board, their response is "Well they are only volunteers and can't be bothered." They lose e-mails and don't respond for MONTHs. When they finally do respond and say they will fix the problem, afterwards they never ask you if the problem was really fixed. You contact them about issues, and they say they need to talk to the HOA board of directors. After a decision is made, they do not tell you what the resolution is. They made an announcement at the annual meeting that they were "finally" going to fix a problem. A year went by and it wasn't fixed and they never said why it wasn't going to be done. At the next annual meeting I asked about it and they said "there wasn't any money in the budget", and the problem that THEIR subcontractors created is STILL not fixed. The financial information they supply to homeowners is incredibly vague. They waste money on projects that don't need doing, while spending money on issues to keep their subcontractors happy. Snow removal and yard cleanup are a joke.

Lesson for new homeowners: never live somewhere that uses an HOA.
