What an unprofessional experience. I went with my friend to look for a potential apartment for her. She had an appointment but before her appt time (which she was on her way and we would have been early) Wendy text and said the Person who was to look after my friends appt came early and to take her time. Seriously? She had the appt first and is told to "take her time!" We show up and not only does it feel like a complete competition, but she rushes my friend, doesn't explain much at all and this other person is still in the apartment at the same time going through cabinets and closets. He is seriously short of a flippin tape measure! But Really? Realtors do not even do that to potential buyers! This kid is supposed to be seeing it after my friend and is getting all the attention. The kicker is, we are all outside and Wendy explains the next steps. Online application, extensive background/credit check and ideally the owner wants to rent it to someone willing to sign an 18 month lease! My friend immediately sends Wendy a text as soon as we walk away (again this other person is completely monopolizing her time) and Wendy responds "sorry he responded first when it was listed and he was here first to see the apartment" WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!! she should have said that BEFORE my friend even showed up early for her appointment that was scheduled with Wendy before today.
