After getting estimates on a new walk in shower we decided to go with ReBath and my husband and I are so glad we did. Price wise, ReBath was in the middle of the estimates we received. Our sales person, Chris, was very knowledgeable on the products and helped us choose a color that is so close to our existing vanity, you would think that they were installed at the same time. Installation: Matt and Chris arrived around 10 that morning and by 7 PM the shower and the matching fawcett sets we had ordered were in. Matt and Chris put cloth tarps down to protect the floors. They even bring their own garbage can! I can not convey how meticulous these men are when cutting the walls to size and putting the tracking in for the shower doors. Kudos to Al for that perfect work. When they leave for the day, your bathroom and driveway will be as clean or cleaner when they arrived. If you have to call the office, all of the women there are knowledgeable and so very pleasant to talk with. We decided to do an in shower add on after the job was completed and everything was taken care of that day. We can not say enough good things about this company. Choose ReBath. We were working through a complete bathroom overhaul and selected Re-Bath not only for our shower enclosure and a new toilet installation, but for the floors as well. With reasonable prices, prompt service, and pleasant followup, I've got no complaints whatsoever with this and couldn't have possibly asked for anything more. Our installer was not only courteous and friendly, but clearly communicated anything that wound up causing delays or potential confusion along the way so we were well informed with everything that was going on. As we also needed to raise the ceiling in our shower enclosure and raise the fixtures as I'm particularly tall, there as a lot of work to be done and it was all completed as soon as could be hoped for. My 90 year old mother fell and broke her hip,while in the hospital she complained about her existing bathtub,too hard for her to get in and out of. I contacted Re bath based on the handyman, Glen Haeges advice. With many disappointing experiences with contractors, I trusted his advise and met with Lori,she promised a no hassle,clean job as timely as possible, she wanted to get the job done before my mother came home. I explained no one would be home during the job,Ryan showed up 2 weeks early because of a cancellation . The job was done in a day, when I arrived it was spotless and better then expected. Overall we had a good experience with our tub to shower conversion! Our installer, Mason did an excellent job! He was a hard worker & cleaned up the work area every day. Mason worked extremely hard breaking up our old cast iron tub with a sledge hammer & carrying the heavy pieces out to his truck! The finished job is top notch! We did wait 12 weeks for all the parts. We were told it usually takes 6-8 weeks. We weren't in a hurry, so that didn't matter. We do think the price was quite high, but my husband was impressed with the initial consultation & had always heard good things about Re-Bath. When we made the decision to upgrade our old, ugly, never used bathtub we wanted to make sure we got the most for our money. Of course my husband wanted the cheapest and I wanted the best. We had a 1960 pink plastic tiled bathroom that needed to go. We saw the Re Bath display at Milford memories the last two summers and decided to check them out. Had a great experience today at Re-Bath in Troy MI. Employees Chelsea and owner Cindy were great. Both were a great help. I needed caulking that matched my color that was installed 6 years ago when I had our bath replaced. They had the caulking in stock and I was also able to pick up some tub and tile cleaner. Cindy was also able to show us in the showroom some ideas for an aging parent shower system that could be installed. Bathtub replacement, shower walls & new fixtures. Our contractor Nick Ratowski was fantastic, completing a bath & shower surround in 2 days. He was extremely skilled & polite. Our case required a little creative trim and it turned out beautiful! He was even able to repair water damaged floor boards as well. While waiting for the supplies to arrive the communications with Re-Bath could have gone better. They went from regular updates to none, to rude and back to apologetic.
