We had a remodel by rebath that started in late 2023 and it still isn't done to our satisfaction. The door on shower surround has never been right and has had at least 4 separate service calls. I'm trying to schedule the 5th now and can't get anyone to get back to me. Worst decision we've ever made. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND We decided to get a new shower as ours was builder grade, had a doOr that opened into the walkway to the closet, caulking was horrible. Install Sept5-7 2023. Caulking was horrible.First complaint done Jan 5,2024, they came and recaulked. Again bad caulking job done 5-27-24. October 2024 I asked Justin if they had someone else, he said no, I asked why do you have no one that can caulk a shower and not have it rough and bumpy, I am not a professional and I did 90% better than the professional on my kitchen counter. told him I would be suing them and he was like go ahead.needed recaulking AGAIN, done by same guy for 3rd time10-8-24. DECEMBER 20 left a message for Justine it is now JANUARY 23 no response frOm Justin. I sent him pictures after it was done 10-8-24. I gave Re- bath 1 star b/c I had to for Yelp to post this. After meeting with their rep Jennifer for five minutes today, I wanted to give them 0 stars. I was disappointed when she told me that my tub to shower conversion couldn't start till July. When i told her other companies had closer dates. J. asked which companies. For some reason, this question bothers me. I told her that and declined to answer which pissed her off. I immediately stood to show her out of my house, saying she obviously didn't want my business. Jenifer said her company wouldn't want me as a client, or words to that effect. What kind of company sends a rep with the temperament a toddler has when told no. Decided to start with the master bath. Took out the glamour tube and did a walk in shower. I will not complain about the guy that came out. He was very professional and his work is awesome. The company itself are scam artists. Because we trusted the person who wrote the work order we didn't verify what he wrote. We didn't get shower head we paid for. The one we did receive looks like they went to family dollar and got it. We were supposed to get a light fixture repaired the electrician never came. Been going back and forth now for 8 months. Decided to get our own shower head and called an electrician and paid AGAIN to get the light fixed. read more

Honestly, I was VERY skeptical that Re-Bath would deliver the goods. I just assumed that it was going to be a rushed job, with cheap materials, and that we were trading quality for a quicker job. I was absolutely wrong. I don't know how much experience you've had with remodeling, but sometimes it can be a nightmare of crews coming in and out of your home ALL day long, for DAYS on end. Our installer was the most professional contractor we've ever worked with. The job was done quickly, the job was done well, and I'm really impressed with the quality of the materials and the final product. We took the middle path on materials (not the most luxurious stuff they sale, but not the cheapest) and I have to say -- my bathroom looks awesome. Definitely consider Re-Bath if you are considering remodeling your bathroom. read more

After our service from them, they kept emailing us asking us to review them on social media. Our thoughts were, "Do you REALLY want us to do that, because we're going to be honest?" First of all, we have no issue with the quality of the products or with the staff who came to install it. We're happy with our walk-in shower, new bathroom sink, and light fixtures. The issue is how long it took to get everything done and how they kept screwing up the order for our mirror. We signed a contract in Oct 2019 and were told it usually takes 10-12 weeks to schedule jobs. That would be in December, which was okay with us. Then in December they email us to say our accent tile is on back order and do we want to pick another product? No, we really like the one we picked, so we stay with it. They finally come out at the end of March but 1) the mirror they ordered did not fit, and 2) after removing our tub they encountered a pipe they had not expected, which meant they had to order a different base (okay I don't blame them for this surprise which they couldn't have known about ahead of time). So, we have no mirror and no bath/shower fixture for another month and use our daughter's bathroom. They finally come out in May and install the shower but there is a screwup with the mirror once again. So now we have a shower but no mirror. A few weeks later we get a call saying they have our mirror but they only have one crew working and it will take a while. Geez, whatever. Well about a week and half later, we get our mirror. So from October to late May, it took about 8 months for us to get what we paid for. read more

We had our bathrooms redone by Rebath in April 2021 we love them! We spent over $14,000.00 on our remodel How ever service after the sale is HORRIBLE!!! We had one of the grab bars with a shelf put in one of our bathrooms. This broke after the first week. We have called and left messages. No one returns my calls. We have sent emails. No one responds. We filed a warranty claim and finally a response! The response said someone would contact us on Monday. It is almost a week and guess what! Thats right NO RESPONSE! Since i am at a loss for what to do next I decided to post this review so others wont be taken in by REBATH's warranty claims!! I am also going to file a claim with the BBB. The only reason I am giving them 1star us because "no stars" wasn't an option. read more

I have used ReBath of the Triangle twice now and on both occasions, I have been very happy. The first time, we had a garden tub removed, a shower turned into a linen closet and a spa-style shower with glass walls and doors installed. It went without a hitch and I take great delight in showing it off. The second installation had a few hiccups, but the staff at ReBath really went above and beyond to make sure that in the end I was satisfied with the end results. When you are considering a remodel for your bathroom or powder room, ReBath of the Triangle should be the first people you call. I have one more bathroom to do and when it's time, I will be calling them to turn it into a room I am pleased to show off! read more

I got a call back from this company today. My experience was much like the other one-star review here. The woman on the phone was terrible. I explained clearly and succinctly what I wanted, a replacement of shower enclosure only, and she then talked for a while. Only later did she mention they ONLY provide one service, a complete tear-out and replacement of the entire shower. When I asked if that sounded like something that could be done on my budget of $1000, she said she didn't know. It was a waste of time and, based on the other review, not the first time this has happened. They just need better help on the phones. read more

This is the very best bathroom make over I've ever invested money in. I was in tears the next morning when I realized just how Good God is and the technician Mr. Mike here in the Raleigh NC Re-Bath Office. I had two bathrooms done, removing a tub and adding a walk in Shower and replacing a tub with a new shower. I'm talking about amazing work. Showed up on time and cleaned up after the job was complete. Very respectful of my time and my home. The promises were better than the delivery. The salesman sold us on one thing and they installed another. Specifically, the shower floor they installed was completely different than the sample we'd signed up for. It was much smoother and slipperier than what we'd ordered and was white instead of the almond we'd ordered. I wouldn't have ordered what I got. By the time I saw what they had put in, it was already installed and they were well started with the wall panels. The installer said the floor they'd sold me wasn't available in the size of the shower we have so they had to custom order a floor. I wish I'd known it would be different and I wish I'd had the sense to stop the whole installation right then, but the shower was torn apart and it would take days or weeks to schedule with someone else, so I let them finish the job, hoping for the best. What they considered finished was not what I would consider finished. They wrapped the wall panel around a wall dividing the shower from the garden tub but left about an inch gap filled with white caulk. It looked terrible. To give the installer his due, he did work hard to make the base transition to the bathroom floor look good. If the shower itself looked as good as he made that part look, I would have been happy with the job. However, it didn't look good. They considered this work worthy of $8,000. I told them I wasn't paying for work that poor, so they sent a more experienced technician, who fixed the problems other than the floor, installing a cap over the wall edge that the first installer apparently didn't know existed. It looks much better than the caulk edge. Again, to give them their due, they did send someone to try to fix the problems, either because they had an innate desire for excellence or because I was withholding payment. The technician mentioned that my account had been coded as the highest priority because of the latter, though we can always hope for the former as well. The floor they couldn't do anything about except apply a coating to give it more friction. I expressed concern that such a coating was bound to degrade over time, but I couldn't have a dangerously slick shower floor, so I let him put it on. I called them about this and a nice technician came and looked at it, concluding that there isn't anything better to be done. He offered to reapply more of it. All in all, I wish I had never done business with Re-Bath. I recommend that you don't. If you do, don't trust the sales people, get everything carefully specified in writing (their contract is to cover them, not you), watch the installation like a hawk, don't accept anything substandard, and do a thorough inspection before you sign off on the job (which they'll pressure you to do immediately). That much effort on your part, though, could probably be spent just finding a better company in the first place. read more

Most frustrating experience ever. Like everyone else we're now reading about (wish we had seen those reviews before we signed a contract 5 months ago) Re-Bath of Raleigh has no sense of customer service and has very much under-delivered on every promise made. It's nauseating at this point, honestly. We signed a contract in early August, paid our 50%, and have been waiting on our project to begin. Once the 18-week lead time passed, we began calling and texting trying to see where we were in the process. While the multiple ladies who will answer in customer service are very friendly, trying to get ANYONE to call you back feels impossible at this point. We're now on a second "Project Manager" and still have heard from no one. Nothing. Despite us contacting them several times over several weeks. I have never dealt with a company before who totally ignores their customers. We're at 23 weeks waiting now and can't even get a call-back to tell us an estimate of where things are? At this point, I have very little confidence in this company. They were quick to schedule a visit, quick to take our money, and then....silent. This has not been a pleasant experience at all. To add to the frustration, we didn't even begin with Re-Bath. We began by speaking with customer service at our local Home Depot. Home Depot took our information on a bath installation project and Re-Bath is who called us back (and, of course, quickly). Better believe, we'll be speaking with them as well, to be sure that no one else is on the receiving end of such horrible service. read more

My wife and I went to Re-Bath because we were told they had good products and did great work. I'm sure they do but the woman I met in the showroom was a total baffoon. She prided herself on telling me, not once, but 3 times that she knew nothing about construction. How can you work in a business that involves construction if you know nothing about it? Her answer to everything was rip out you walls to the studs and install our product. All I needed was to replace a tub liner. Rip out slate walls? Is she for real? If I were the owner I would SERIOUSLY retrain this woman or fire her for incompetence. read more

Didn't really get what I planned. Yes, they updated the bathroom, but I thought I asked for dual shower heads since it was for an accessible shower bathroom. However, didn't get dual heads. And salesman Reed was downright rude when I did a follow-up, asking for dual. Of course he wanted additional funds to add another showerhead. So be careful with the salesperson. They really don't work in the customer's best interest. They just want the installation contract, in my opinion. So, I have another larger bathroom that needs updating, but it won't be Rebath. Any suggestions on another company with good work values AND customer service would be appreciate, but REBATH, NO WAY. read more

We appreciated the employees who helped us--the first person we met in the showroom (Juanita) who spent so much time answering our questions and explaining the materials and process, the sales rep (Reed) who came to our home loaded with knowledge and samples of everything we might want to see to help us make our choices, and the installer (Chris) whose skills and attention to detail left us with a quality shower that we will enjoy for years to come. Also the warehouse workers and scheduler did their parts to make the whole process go smoothly. All-in-all, our experience with Re-Bath was a positive one. Initially started out fine with consultation. Picked out what we wanted. Was told that it would take about 2-3 months for them to call to set up appointment...then the first issue occurred. No one called and communicated with us...we HAD to reach out. They then told us that it's going to take longer as the parts are coming in from Canada and they gave us a time frame of when they will call to set up install date...alright no problem, a call would've been nice. So we waited, the time frame came and past. We HAD to call and reach out again. Finally set up the date. Installers we cool and we'll mannered. Everything finally went smoothly until...the final day. The last thing to install was the shower doors the installer guy found out that the parts they gave him was wrong and short than the glass doors...he called to get logistics or the person to reorder the parts and told us they gave him the wrong parts. He mentioned that someone will be giving us a CALL to fix the issues and give us an update...ok no problem...waited for 3 business days (5 if you include the weekend) and no call...nothing, nada. No courtesy of "sorry for the delay" we HAD to CALL and reach out. We got "oh the parts are only manufactured in Canada and the US doesn't have it so it's been ordered and we will give an update" this is the project manager who spoke to my wife...4-5 days we still got nothing. I called the salesmen to somehow help us, he said he will get to the bottom of this and let me know I even asked about a discount because we have been out of a shower for a week and a half now..radio silence. As of current still nothing. No phone call, no update, no discount, no respect. I would not recommend this place, they claim they manufacture all their parts and everything will be done as son as one day install and no more than a few days...it's been 2 weeks, going on to 3 weeks, where we don't have a shower in our master bath. Am tired of walking our to the guest bathroom with my dangly bits flopping about. read more

We had a tub pulled out and replaced with a walk in shower for my Mom. From the scheduler to the installer, we have been very pleased. Reed came out with lots of samples and a large monitor (important for older eyes) to show Mom pictures of other jobs. They started the job on time and finished early. The installer was polite and cleaned well after each day. We love the new shower head and bench which makes it so easy for Mom to shower...and safer. Very sleek and updated look.
