"We get all of our snowfall totals from WeatherWorks Certified Snowfall Totals. This is stated on…read morepage 4 of our pricing guide. The report is published 2-3 days after a storm has ended." They wait 2-3 business days to determine if a snowfall exceeds the 2in limit... and I'm in a wheelchair. $250/mo for my driveway, I've always paid on time... if you want it done in the meantime, they will charge you an extra $169/storm Basically, you'll be bickering with them about the snowfall total for 2-3 business days while your driveway turns into an ice rink.. This quote is from them, even though every available weather source states we got more than 4in of snow....

I have been using Smart Landscaping for years and was previously happy with the service. This year…read morehas been the worst year working with them and I will no longer work with them. Here are some of the reasons: - They never notify us when they are coming so if we do not take our lights down in our bushes, they end up destroyed as they say in their contract they are not responsible. We have had to replace several lights and also ripped furniture covers. I watch the crew just rush through the work without any regards to quality or our things and do not care if they destroy them. - They supposedly removed weeds, however we ended up with poisonous India Poke weed in our flower beds. - Our lawn had several yellow spots and despite reaching out to them about it I never heard back. - We do not do lawn mowing with them and they mowed our lawn with the Fall clean up and charged us for this without asking. It was not outlined in the contract that they would do a lawn mowing with fall clean up. Its unfortunate that this service has gone down hill. I liked working with them for years and had been happy with them in the past and hopefully this review will help them adjust their practices.

Erick did a huge clean up for me about a month ago. He came back for extra weeding and trimming…read moreafter just to prepare for the open house. I'm so pleased with his professionalism and follow through. He is a supplier who does what he says he is going to do thoroughly, without cutting corners, and his price is more competitive than anyone I interviewed. I was afraid that because I had paid less I might be losing out on value. Instead I got first rate service at a steal. Erick knows gardens and even though I tried to pay him extra for a small additional project, he said, "I'll take your money if you really want to do the other project, but you don't need to waste your money." Most importantly he was right. He is a trustworthy, honest person who is building a business that provides excellent landscaping services to his customers.

I am honored to write this review of Alberto and son Landscaping. From the minute I put a request…read morefor a quote they were not only responsive, but Bryan was so patient as my teaching/ Dean of Students schedule kept getting in the way of our connecting. Bryan kept in touch to accommodate my schedule. The work of Albert, Bryan, and another worker they brought was outstanding. They listened to every request I had and continuously asked that I made sure the work met my expectation. It not only met my expectation but exceeded what I expected. I will also write their responsive professionalism was extremely impressive. An invoice was set by my request ahead of the work and a receipt was immediately sent upon payment. Yet to fully give a review of Albert and son without saying how sweet, nice, and respectful they were would not give you a full picture. With my husband not feeling well and could not come out I felt so secure with these polite and helpful landscaping crew. I cannot wait to have them back!!!! Ah to fully complete a review one should comment on cost and value. This team really understood my financial constraints and stuck to their quote. This is a real 1 star .
