Orli missed my call but called back within half an hour. He was easy to work with, he showed up early for our appointment, he wore a mask, and he had a written quote to me within 48 hours. As far as pricing, he was very competitive vs the company we went with, priced about the same on some items and as much as 20% cheaper on others. I would have no hesitancy using him in the future. They began my project in May of this year and promised to complete the work by June 20th. However, they didn't finish the pool until the end of August. I also paid for a customized cover for the pool, but the owner kept giving me different excuses and repeatedly told me, "next week," just like he did about the pool. I also paid for in-ground outlets, which he insisted would be done at the end of the job, but he later claimed that the electrician couldn't do it because the inspection had already been completed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The owner will say one thing today and deny it later. Please be cautious if you consider hiring them.
